Being right over the piazza it was a little noisy at night at the weekend. The 4 flights of stairs was slightly higher than expected but we were aware of the lift being out of service

The lift was broken when we visited, so it was a long way to the 4th floor. But this did not ruin our stay!

The location was amazing!!! Beautiful apartment right above Piazza Bellini with a great view of Mt Vesuvius

We are very fit but the elevator was broken and there are a lot of stairs. No one in our group besides us would have stayed there because none of them would have done the stairs. Very small fridge.

The location was great, the room was a nice size, the view was great, housekeeper was pleasant and rooms kept clean

Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working during our stay and it was a long walk to the fourth floor!

We loved our stay in this room. The location was great above the lively Piazza Bellini, with great bars and restaurants in an historic area. The view was magical and we walked everywhere although it was close to the Metro station if you needed to go further. The air con worked well and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

113 stairs to climb up and down each day and with luggage was challenging. Shower head was also way too low so very difficult if you’re tall.

Sadly the lift was broken and the B&B is on the fourth floor so there is a lot of stairs to carry luggage. The staff did warn me in advance but guests should be aware that it is not suitable for people who cannot manage ALOT of stairs.

This is very well located on piazza Bellini in an easy distance to the old town and Dante metro. It is walkable from the main station too if you want to walk. Room was large and airy with great views and good clean facilities. Would stay again.

The lift didn’t work. Walking up 110 steps in the heat was a challenge.

Loved the location and the view. Despite the nightly party in the square the room was quiet.

We stayed here last year and had a great time, so we decoded to return. This time was still great, but some things just disappointed us. For example, the elevator didnt work, so You had to climb a huge amount of stairs to the top floor each time. Soundproofing is not great, so You can hear all the neighbours talking and the sound of partying on the street doesnt stop til late at night, thats when its replaced with bottles breaking and trash being taken out on the square. Generally, feels like the place needs some fixing and repainting in the rooms. Wondeful place, but way too loud and impossible to rest if You come in August.

All the things we would have maybe tweaked were outwith the control of our hosts. Firstly the elevator didn't work which was unfortunate. It was also just a case of how our flight timings worked out that we had to be up super early and there was some kind of celebration going on until the small hours in the square outside. Again, none of this is the fault of the hosts and if we didn't have a flight to catch we would really have enjoyed experiencing the festivities!

Firstly, the view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. Overlooking Bellini Square and across to Vesuvius and the wider Napoli area was a real treat. The room was well cleaned and had air-con, a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was really nice. The accommodation was also close to some great bars and restaurants and very walkable to the main parts of Napoli. It is also very close to the Museo and Dante metro stations which makes getting around very easy. We were communicated with very well and the check in and check out process was smooth.

The elevator is out of service. This causes some difficulties, especially with a lot of suitcases.

The location was very central. You could always find some cafes and restaurants. The best thing, of course, was the view of Vesuvius.

We didn’t mind, but if you are sensitive to noise from neighbours and the busy square, this is probably not for you.

An icredible, fantastic view. Location also very good. Communication with the host was mostly digital, but swift and clear. So nice to be able to sit by the little balcony and look over the square, the bay, the city and Vesuvius.

Thin walls, and poor connection between the walls with the ceiling, there were thin gap between, so we saw when our neighbor turn on the light in the room.

The shower doesn’t drain well, and the shower head is not very good. The walls are paper thin to the neighbouring rooms. For the most part, the other guests were not too bad while I was there but I could hear everything, so it’s to chance of what other guests will be like.

Excellent location and beautiful views from the balcony, overlooking Bellini piazza below and to Vesuvius. Easy 5 minute walk from the metro station.

There is not a single hook in the bathroom to hang a single towel. Also, the shower head is broken and water barely comes out. Showering was difficult

The bathroom was dirty unfortunately, especially the shower, but it did not disturb us, since the price wasn’t that high and everything else was okay :)

Location is perfect! View amazing. The property is rather small (only 4 rooms) so it gives you a very safe and intimate feeling.
