The bed was so uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in the mattress. I used the extra pillows to sleep on to make it comfortable.

- safe didn’t work - the queen bed was just two twin beds pushed together and the kept sliding apart during the night

Water pressure in the shower was minimal and hot water was hit or miss.

The location was really central and gave quick access into Sorrento shopping and dining areas. Ms Lupe was 10/10 in looking after us and the breakfast onsite was great.

The signages were a little obscure. Took a lot of time finding the location. Google maps also did not help out too much.

Decent Rooms - It was an apartment in the apartment complex - The rooms were decent size. The staff was very courteous. The location was decent. The breakfast arrangement was nice - in a small eatery about 100 meters away.

It was not clear that the breakfast is offered in another place/address. Most convenient if it was in the B&B. Iron for clothes was not available even upon request.

We were on the street side and the noise was neverending. There is a hospital near the B & B and we heard sirens constantly.

As its on the main road traffic can be a little noisy and they love to beep the horn. Hospital is just round the corner and u definitely hear the ambulance comin! And they do come often! No fault of the Hotel tho

The toilet in one of the rooms was missing a toilet seat, so it was very awkward and impractical to use it for a number 2. A proper toilet is a necessary facility and I would not expect the seat to be missing, even in a super cheap hostel. The host was very blunt about the issue (perhaps even rude, but could be a language barrier), telling us that it's "obviously working perfectly"! He would not switch rooms for us, and we could compromise for the first night. However, we knew there was availability the next day because booking.com showed it was possible to book another room, but the owner still refused the switch for day 2. It was only the next morning, once he was sure no one else was booking that other room (of course), that he suggested switching instead of a refund. We did that, as it was easier to switch than to check into another place with all our luggage. However, he should've agreed to the switch earlier to ensure we had a toilet with a seat. This shows he prioritises short-term profit, rather than customer satisfaction and good reviews. Another solution was to fix a new seat, but he said all the shops were closed. Again, we understood for the first day, due to it being a bank holiday, but all the shops were open the day after, so the effort should've been made. If I was a host, I'd ensure all guests have the basics including a toilet seat. It's the bare minimum!!! I think we met the owner the next day and he actually seemed okay.

Great rooms in a great location for a good price. Has a good sized kitchen with good facilities. Has a daily cleaner, Mrs Lupe, who was very friendly and welcoming.

Don’t judge this from the outside. The inside is modern and clean.

We booked last minute after another accommodation fell through. They were quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. Mrs. L gave us mango juice in the kitchen upon arrival. The location is five star.
