Lovely room in a good location. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff when we did see them.

Our room overlooked the side street which we thought was nice until the night time. Our room was very noisy until about 02.00am. Bring ear plugs. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Overhead shower did not work, only the handheld.

We loved the location of this stay, nice and close to the centre without being in the hustle and bustle!

Check in wasn’t super easy for us, communication was next to none upon arrival so we couldn’t check in as soon as we arrived. Wanted to leave our bags after checking out and our message was never responded to, luckily we saw a lovely cleaner on our way out who helped us store our bags and told us how to come retrieve them later in the day!

Lovely place, clean, spacious and comfy

The location was great. Right in the heart of Trastevere near the river. Lots of food and drink nearby. It was generally clean and comfortable. I appreciated the renovations and modernizations they did.

The WIFI was incredibly bad. Could only get it in a corner of the room. When we requested another room, no response was given. The shower's grout was also very dirty and some of the metal was corroding. Made the bathroom feel unclean. There was also no basic hygiene items like conditioner and lotion - only shampoo and soap.

The pictures are nicer than reality. The bathroom finishes are a bit scruffy. The shower was broken so had to hold it to actually use it. We also booked the terrace suite but got assigned a different (worse) room. We got partial refund but that was not the point as we had a preference. So that was disappointing.

The location of this hotel was great. The room was just what we needed and the staff was very nice. It was not too noisy because our room’s windows were not facing the Main Street which is very busy at night. The AC worked well, so the room stayed nice and cool in the 100 F degree weather. This was a great hotel, especially for the cost.

The WiFi did not work the best in our room. It could be a bit noisy from people walking in at night or dragging their suitcases/cleaning in the room above us.

Excellent location close to lively cobbled streets with plenty of bars and restaurants with a short walk to main sites. Really friendly staff. Clean rooms that were very quiet despite the street nightlife outside. I would highly recommend staying here, we had a lovely time.

The room was right next to a restaurant/pub. On Saturday night the partying went on outside the window till 2-3am.

Great location and close to lots of things .

I liked that the property was close to the main road, so we only had to walk 4 mins from where the taxi dropped us off. It's also very close to many good restaurants and bars.

The room was SUPER loud. One of the loudest I've stayed at. It didn't have car noise which is a plus, but the party was going until 2am. I don't recommend staying here if you'll be jetlagged. I DO recommend staying here if you're well-rested and want to have a good time in Trastevere.
