Excellent location. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable. The bathroom is large and highly functional. Both rooms and premises are clean and well kept. Breakfast is superb. The whole vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Generous parking lots. The views are amazing and the owner is forthcoming and always willing to help. Highly recommended .

Very nice atmosphere. I have to say, the offer of using the e bikes free of charge was amazing. Used them to cycle to an amazing lake for a Dolomites swim! Great location. Highly recommended.

We didn’t like that we weren’t formally checked in by a staff member. We came in and just picked up our keys from the table and went on our way. The lack of introduction meant we missed a few details of our stay, like hanging the door tag on the door for housekeeping. We went the entire 3 days without a housekeeper to tidy up because of this. We also didn’t know how to close the blinds on our window, so we slept with the porch light in our room for two days. It wasn’t until the third night that we figured it out. We got a number of bug bites because of this! We also had no idea what the guest pass was for. There just seemed to be a lapse in communication on some fundamental things, which got a bit annoying. We also experienced the irony of staying on the property when a (very loud) heavy metal concert took place just down the road, while it interesting it was annoying that it went through the night and the cost of our stay wasn’t accommodated for the inconvenience of not being able to sleep when death metal was permeating the entire property. Otherwise, we loved everything else. Very little complaints.

We loved the facilities — pool, sauna, gym. Our bedroom was clean and lovely, very comfortable.

Bedroom should have at least a kettle to enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee when back in your hotel room. Downside not to have restaurant for dinner. You have to book ahead and drive to get to a restaurant anywhere.

Location very peaceful with superb view on mountains. Facilities are newly furnished, lovely balcony to sit and enjoy mountain view. Rental bike fab, allowed us to immerse into nature and also get to Braies, avoiding to drive up. Pool was a nice plus. Overall staff very kind and helpful.

The location of the properly is just perfect if you plan smaller or bigger hikes. The manager has gave us the perfect routes, that were less busy with tourists but as gorgeous… after the hiking you can relax in sauna or swimming pool. Hotel has an excellently equipped gym (perfect for cross fit enthusiasts). The food delivery is great, and you can eat downstairs by enjoying the views to the mountains.

Just 2 small details - Water temperature of the pool. Was good to swim, but could be one or two degree warmer to play with the kids. - Fan would be great in the rooms under the roof, to push the hot air out. And mosquito net on the windows. Facing the woods with the lights staying on on the terrasse during the night and no way to switch it off, meant either hot room or cool air but mosquitos

Nice location, in nature and still close to the town for restaurants access. Clean hotel & rooms. Facilities are good with garden, gym and pool. Lounge area and games are available. Possibility to do fire fit in the evenings Great recommendation from the staff about restaurants for the evenings.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel, and we really enjoyed it. It is nicely located with a beautiful view and the Director is really nice and provides great tips (Restaurants, biking tours,…) . They have e-bikes, you can borrow for free, which enables to go for great bike tours around the area. We would come back any time !!

We had a lovely stay. The hotel combines beautiful views, with cosy and nicely designed spaces, great facilities and welcoming staff. We were warmly welcomed by Andreas, who also shared his local knowledge of the area and gave us great tips for trips around it. The room was very comfortable and the views from the terrace were a highlight. Breakfast was great and served in the common area, with windows overlooking the green valley. Thank you for the stay, and we would return without a doubt!

The accommodation was pretty good, location is a bit weird but it works to its advantage. There are plenty of extras but we didn't take advantage of them because we used it just as a place to sleep and drive to places.

Not really as a downside, but more like a recommendation would be to provide coffee/tea machine/ kettle in the room.

Wonderful location, with incredible nice view over the valley and very close to popular landscape attractions. Great facilities, including a gym and indoor pool, lounge area with various games and gorgeous terase with fire pit. The room was clean and comfortable and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade from the owner Andreas, upon our arrival. Kudos for the quality toiletries, slippers and extra towels for the pool. Appreciated Andreas’s hospitality and his recommendations for local restaurants. Rich and healthy breakfast with plenty of local food that gave us a great start of our day. The road to the property is now fixed and easy to access it. Available supermarkets in the village. We recommend this place and we would come back here for sure!

Very convenient location. 15min. drive to Lake Braies. Very nice and warm administrator Andreas. Gave great recommendations to go to Prato Piazza and we really don't regret it, there weren't many tourists, so we had a great time with our two boys surrounded by the Dolomite Alps. Hotel in a great location with a beautiful view. Breakfast varied. After a hike around Lake Braies, we relaxed in the sauna with a pool in the evening.

A Perfect Mountain Getaway – Wish I Stayed Longer! I recently spent two nights at this wonderful hotel in the Dolomites and truly wish I had booked a longer stay. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel areas are spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a modern yet functional style that makes you feel instantly at home. The views are simply breathtaking – waking up to the stunning mountain scenery was one of the highlights of my trip. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Andreas, the hotel director, whose knowledge of the region added so much depth to my visit. His tips on local hikes and hidden spots made all the difference. If you're planning a trip to the Dolomites, I can't recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be returning – next time for a longer stay! Thank you!

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Not even remotely a 4-star standard. 2-star at best. No justification for the price. -pictures shows different room. -no AC or fan - forget good night sleep in summer - dusty floor - no tea/coffee/water/cattle available in the room (tea/hot water cost 3 EUR a cup to purchase from machine downstairs) - no vanity kit - safebox had no key to lock it - room door did not lock from inside - a single (1) socket capable of charging phones and devices - lift would not go down beyond the 1st floor (sign of technical issues?) - no staff at the reception after 3PM - ceiling beams convenient to hit your head. Couldn't wait to leave.

The only good things about the hotel were the location and parking.
