How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There were 2 separate bed. I would prefer 1 bigger bed instead.

My go-to bnb in Rome. The rooms are specious, extremely clean and very comfortable. The amenities in the room doeaks volumes for the attention to detail of travellers. It is centraly located in s safe area and only 3 minute walk from the metro station. They were so kind to offer me early check-in as I was tired from travelling and really needed to rest. I wouldn't think twice to rebook anytime I travel to Rome.

Not very close to train station. Online registration is a bit long.
Modern design, very clean, good air conditioning, snack and drink provided as breakfast, close to supermarket. Reception is very nice.

I did not understand how to get a discount code for the breakfast.
Very good location, the room is not noisy though the apartment is along a big avenue. Good breakfast in the surroundings.

Breakfast offering wasn't the best and some of the pastries left were sadly past their expiry date 😐Such a shame because the room was great. However there are plenty of cafes near by that are a short walk for some breakfast and fabulous espresso!
Located in the business district and very convenient to get to termini station on foot (5-10 min walk) Room was very clean, nice staff and great size room. Would stay again!

I walked from Termini Station to the hotel, the road was terrible for suitcases with wheels. I had to figure out which path had the smoothest pavement. There was a short cut through a Galleria but it closed in the early afternoon and isn't open until mid- morning. The Galleria walkway allow you to keep out from the hot sun as well. As for getting a taxi, you can't depend on them for accurate quotes, sometimes, it's 15 euro and sometimes, less. Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
Room was comfortable. Pam supermarket was across the street. There's a Korean restaurant, Gainn, very close by. Several buses including 64, about 8 minutes away, that can take you to the Colosseum and Vittorio Emanuele.

The room is comfortable, extremely clean, nicely and simply decorated with good amenities (soap, snacks, drinks, towels, etc etc). Right next to Metro stop, it is in a quite and nice neighborhood, and there is a supermarket, café and pharmacy. I will definitely come back!

All was good. We had cell service in Rome so the remote phone keys worked well.
Convenient to Metro just one stop to Roma Termini. Perfect for our one night layover to catch a flight out of Rome. Clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks.

I got at least 6 emails for each time was contacted ! I wasn’t keen on the idea of a virtual key but it was ok.
I had everything I needed for the one night I stayed. A good selection of of breakfast things and hot drinks.

Very nice staff and good location, I could leave my luggage at the place before check-in and after checkout. My room was very clean. It was small, but totally sufficient for one person.

Location was great! Very easy walk from Termini (approx 10 min) Room itself was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated being able to keep my luggage in storage until check-in time! I also want to particularly compliment the staff member/cleaner who helped me when I arrived, she was so lovely and friendly.

Difficult to locate. Insufficient size sign. We spent about an hour and 2 of us were nearly reduced to tears trying to figure out where it was. Once we got inside, we were not sure where to go. The office manager finally came to the front door to retrieve us.
Very clean. Convenient location, but very difficult to find. The sign at the door is the size of a business envelope.
