The location was amazing!! Couldn't ask for a better spot

Both WiFi and air con didn’t work Staff responded rd WiFi and said they would reset modem . Still didn’t work . Air con worked intermittently for first day then stopped - new batteries in handset? As we were only staying two nights didn’t bother to complain

The location was really handy, and worked well for our trip. The check in system was good as we were a bit delayed, so with the key collection it worked well for us. The apartment was clean too just quite compact.

Whilst our group is 5 people (which can be an awkward number), it was quite a squeeze with all of us being in such a small space. You have 5 in a group with cases etc so there's not a lot of breathing space.

Spacious and good location. Netflix available.

Terrace was under whelming. Water pressure to the shower was low at times.

The stairs were dreadful with a toddler and no warning! Kettle didn’t work, sockets had no power and shower head you have to hold with no pressure!

We didn't have hot water for 3 days (out of a 4 day stay), which is the bare minimum you would expect. Another day we didn't have energy, so no possibility of making breakfast or charging phones and batteries. Staff was not proactive offering help. They didn't even communicate that the problem wasn't solved. Hot water and energy are basic services that any accommodation should have. They didn't seem to care.

Beware - the “deluxe double room with balcony “ is a fraudulent description. We booked this room and there was no balcony. The lady on the phone acknowledged that there is no balcony and said she would look into a partial refund ( I requested). But the manager refused any partial refund. Why would we pay for a facility that was not there ? They should update the description to remove balcony. Also they advertise parking but there is none. There is only paid street parking available to anyone who is in the city. Communication was also not great. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Our apartment had a very spacious dining and seating area but it wasn’t clear at the time we booked that this was shared with another bedroom. We never saw the other guest, only heard them walking around, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

The water pressure on the morning we were leaving was very low and the shower was cold.

Loved the location. So close to great eateries and the vibe at night was fantastic. The staff were great and the apartment was nice and clean. It is June and Italy is in a heatwave but we managed without an air con.

Really really bad wifi. Don’t expect to get anything done in it. The unit actually only has 1 double bed, 1 3/4, 1 single and a sofa couch. Not the 2 doubles as advertised. It does not really have a kitchen. Only a kettle, cups and plates but for us that was fine.

Za, the manager was exceedingly helpful. He went beyond expectations and helped me retrieve a thumb drive i inadvertently left in my room. I really appreciated his effort

Shower minimal water pressure,no TV,not that we minded,only earl grey tea bags,no milk if you wanted milk in your coffee or tea,unstable table for making coffee and tea with hot boiling water. Room could have been a little brighter.

Located in the historical center of Lecce, close to restaurants, shops and sights to visit. Spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.

Kitchen too small with a limited equipment.

The location is just perfect. You are in the very centre of Lecce, just few meters from a parking. The apartment is small but cosy. Perfect for a weekend of short stay for 1 person or a couple.
