The room was a bit small as we were advised but the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable as it was like a wet room and the top of the toilet kept moving.

Excellent location and Bahar was a lovely and helpful hostess.

we liked the location. centrally located and close to the center, Rialto, St. marco piazza. we liked the apartment, it was spacious and was clean. it also appreciated the fridge for common use.

No air conditioning available until later in the summer, which we understand but wish we knew in advance. Need a shelf in the shower. It is bed only; no breakfast but lots of cafes near by.

The shower stall was SO small, we joked about having to soap up just to get in… but other than that, we were very happy with the room and the service.

Our room was located on the ground floor with no windows. The room lacked enough air circulation with a damp smell and was filled with many mosquitoes. The washing sink drain was partially clogged.

The staff was helpful. Excellent access to city attractions.

Shared fridge in reception area. Only a minor issue but room is large enough to accommodate a small one in there. Other than that nothing.

Great location. Simple to find. Good size room. Masses of wardrobe space for a longer stay. Large bathroom with theme park shower which my OH loved. Very comfortable bed. Towels and toiletries provided. Shared fridge which wasn't great first thing in the morning having to retrieve the milk, but my other half didn't encounter anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like the darkness in the room - it needs a lot more natural light and decor updated to make it a sweet little place off the courtyard entrance. I found it a bit expensive.

I liked the location very much it was very central to everything - just 5 mins walk from St Marco Square to attend a concert. Would stay again but not on my own.

It turned out that we had booked an apartment on the ground floor and the air in the room was very humid. Another downside is that there is only one socket in the room. So, you might want to bring a power strip

The location is great - on a walking distance - 5 mins from Rialto bridge, 5 mins from Piazza San Marco, 5 mins from Fondamente Nove where you can catch the boats for Murano and Burano. The host is very nice man. No breakfast but there is an instant coffee and a kettle in the room. There are also a cute table with two chairs in front of the apartment. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is perfect. The excessive humidity in the room was the only drawback, but it's manageable for a 2-3 night stay. It's definitely compensated by the room price, the host's friendliness, and especially the location!
