Carolina was helping us with everything and answered all our questions. The room was in the centro so perfect location. La terrazza with la collazione was beautiful.

There was a lot of water on the floor after the shower.

Mario has been very kind. He picked us up from the old town and showed us where the parking was. He also suggested a few nice restaurants to go in Gallipoli which were really great.

The shower doesn’t have a door or a curtain so the has been some water spilled out during the shower but that’s not really a problem at all

Fantastic location in the old town and walkable to everything. Beautiful & recently renovated room and bathroom. Giorgio as very helpful with parking, luggage and even responded to our late evening phone call requesting assistance finding parking on a busy festival evening. Great breakfast on the rooftop terrace with choice of cereals, breads, fruit and yogurt. After requesting gluten free for one person, this was supplied each day. Thoroughly recommend.

In a great location in the centre of the old town. Mario is a really great host. Everything is very clean and with nice design details. The girl serving breakfast on the roof terrace is also really nice. Breakfast is typical of Italy, a pastry, yoghurt and some days fruit. Great coffee though. Mario makes the check in really easy and arranges luggage drop off and a parking space a few minutes walk away.

I had the ground floor room which is a bit dark and next to the main door of the building so a little noisy when people enter & leave the building. I found the mattress too hard for me, but that's personal.

The rooms are beautiful, and the location is perfect. Very quiet, but you are right in the historical Center. Giorgio was amazing and set us up with very good dinner recommendations. Sunsets and wine on the terrace were a nice end to the day.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Mario and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The breakfast spread was delicious. What truly stood out to me was the level of care and attention to detail that Mario showed when I fell ill during my stay. He immediately arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel and made sure that I was well taken care of. I was truly touched by his kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future and will be recommending it to all of my friends and family. Thank you Mario and team for an unforgettable experience!

Very spacious and clean room in the centre of old town Gallipoli. Beautiful terrace, nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Mario is such a helpful host and he also organized a parking lot for us.

Lovely accommodation in excellent and quiet location.Few steps from sea and restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms with great bathrooms, fantastic water pressure. Mario is a great host, very responsive, always there to help with everything.

Bed mattress was a bit too hard for me.

The entire property was cute & very clean. Easy to walk to everything. Mario & Giorgio gave us exceptional service & made our stay very enjoyable. They are eager to make sure you are very happy & enjoy you visit.
