Super friendly and flexible host. A plus for great location, air conditioning, wifi, small elevator and balcony. Breakfast was simple but good (coffee+croissant)

Room could have been cleaner. The shower was a bit untidy with a hair found on the floor and the shower head had some stains left from hair conditioner or shampoo. Also one of the towels had stains. Instructions/information could be useful in the room for e.g. breakfast, check-out, luggage storage.

Nice to have an option with a small something for breakfast

We really liked the hotel, the staff at the hotel is very friendly and positive, but everything is very comfortable shower, bed, bedding, breakfasts are something that is pleasant to remember, especially the girls in the cozy restaurant, for a year they treated us to delicious coffee and amazing croissants for breakfast.

Great location, really basic room but appropriate for the price. Staff are great and room is clean, great communication. For the price its better than you expect and its great little stay for exploring rome.

the apartment was clean and nice, a tiny bit small though. The staff was really nice and friendly, close to the train station

The TV was not working, there wasn’t really any parking nearby and the one that was there was really expensive and more than it was previously shown

Closeness to the station and shopping but other things spoiled its advantage. Room size was good, though there was reception but nowhere from outside visible or can be identified.

The name was a little confusing, there was no such name plate on the property suggesting "B&B Rome Terminals", there were many other names but not the one suggesting ours, it was so hard to find just because of this confusion. It included breakfast, but we were handed vouchers for the cafe which offered one coffee (not worth) and a croissant. Water outgunned for both the nights, we were without water in the toilet after midnight for both nights we stayed, there was no drinking water provided, nothing for tea and coffee arrangements.

Close to the terminal and nice pillows, walking distance to colosseum!!

Not so familiar and welcoming but it is in the center of rome so a lot of people who stays there so it fits if you just need a place to sleep!

Comfortable rooms at prime location with early breakfast facility. Helpful staffs for support on request basis only.

The room had no staff on arrival but quick to respond on requests over messages. There is facility to keep luggages before checkin but no one to look after the same. There was no iron box in the whole facility so had manage out of ruins. Being at prime location, the noise of crowd was a problem so don’t forget to bring earbuds/ cotton to put on for a sound sleep.

It is in the centar and near everything...We go by walk and it was wonderful.

Brekwast is only sweet croasans.And the toilet wasn't clean...

The location is perfect! very close to the train station. The staff is very friendly and kind. He waited for us to check-in even we had a late flight at night. They also provided breakfast which is a nice cafe. Also the staffs there are service-minded. I had a great time staying in Rome!
