However, the breakfast is poor, mostly sweets and nothing homemade, which doesn't match the property's traditional feel. The shower needs an upgrade, and the bathroom could use better lighting. A small kitchen would be a nice addition since there's enough space, as the room currently has only a kettle, two cups, and a fridge. A complimentary bottle of water would also be appreciated.

Located just 10 minutes from the city center, this place is peaceful with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Location is near to center of Olbia, it was easy to reach Palau and San Teodoro region by car. Great breakfast by kind hostage. Quiet and calmy accommodation. Free parking and happy to stay here.

This beautiful B&B has a great location. 10 minutes away (by car) from the port, and not too far from beautiful beaches, you can relax and get to watch the stars ❤️ sorrounded by lots of vegetation, it is just the perfect spot. Breakfast was great, with lots of homemade treats and fresh fruit. Also, our room and bathroom were really comfortable!

Few small things: the old doormats would deserve replacing, with something new, bright, positive, welcoming .. "Benvenuti a Pubulos". It would be great to add some basic kitchen equipment in the room: two glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery. On the other hand I wouldn't need TV in the room, only took place, and somehow spoils the spirit of "agriturismo".

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with everything necessary. Friendly and helpful host. Just a few minutes' drive from Olbia's city center. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend the nights in the quiet and idyllic countryside rather than the noisy and commercialized city center!
