Incredible view to wake up to. Clean beyond belief and the outdoor area is so well presented. What a joy to eat breakfast and hang by the pool. An unexpected treat for our time in Puglia.

It is very quiet and comfortable place. Amazing to relax and enjoy a beautiful view. It is a must to have a car during your stay to visit nearby cities and also to go for a dinner. Veronica was super kind and ready to help with everything we needed. The breakfast is amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was not soundproof at all, the common hall is accoustic very bad. The beds were not so comfortable, bathroom is outdated

Nothing, it’s perfect.

Amazing location for seeing all that Puglia has to offer. Super close to loads of gorgeous beaches and beach clubs, as well as the bigger coastal towns and sightseeing spots. The breakfast was AMAZING! So fresh and delicious. Veronica and her family are so welcoming and lovely. The pool is gorgeous with stunning views and the bedroom was big and super comfy. I can’t wait to come back. We came on a babymoon trip to see Puglia and it was a perfect base to drive around.

Veronica was very nice, she gave good recommendations for restaurants in the area, the breakfast was fabulous every morning! Perfect coffee, nice pastries, best mozzarella I’ve ever had!

Very friendly, funny, and handsome host with a sweet cat named Romeo. Beautiful view and a very nice pool (even in very hot weather, it stays refreshingly cool). The breakfast is very good and offers a lot of variety

Not that it's any fault of the hosts but the location is remote so just be aware that you will need a rental car. The local taxis are expensive.

The hosts leo and veronica where extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. On the first night we arrived in late as our flight was delayed and leo drove us down to an amazing authentic Italian restaurant- free of charge!!. The views are stunning and the pool area is gorgeous. The breakfast food is delicious. Everything is maintained to a very high standard and cleaning is very efficient. We will be back!!

No improvements are necessary. It is perfect as it is.

Everything was above our expectations.

Great Great Great! we had the most amazing stay, the vila is located 15-20 min from the nearest beach town, on a higher , ground which provides the most amazing view on the sea and the area. The room was big, comfortable and clean, the breakfast was amazing, with hand made foods that changed every day. The vila is beautifully decorated, and we had such a great time that we extended with 3 more nights. In addition the host was super welcoming, explained about the area and gave recommendations to places to eat and things to do . We will defiantly return.

Without a rental car, difficult to reach and B&B or restaurants near by. A bar or a possibility for snacks would be super cool.

There is a sign in your room that says you are not allowed to put anything in the fridge/ minibar. As the place is far from restaurants, you need water and snacks to get you through the day if you hang by the pool - and therefore also to put something in the fridge. I suggest to serve lunch / drinks / water or go to let the guest use the fridge. Pool towels would have been nice also

Very beautiful and quite place on the country side. The bed was good, room was clean and has everything you need. Pool area and view is the pearl of the place! Breakfast is also very good and the host very friendly and helpful. The place is close to many of the cities you would like to visit.

We enjoyed everything. Only point, not for those looking to get out of bed and walk to the sea. The property is a bit higher up, hence the greact view. Not a problem for us since we wanted to travel in the area.

Room ample, clean and comfortable. Quiet. Excellent breakfast with quality local produce and homemade cakes regularly prepared by Veronica, our host: no cooked breakfast, but quantity was generous and most of all everything was top quality, Veronica was very ready to help us when we were looking for advice about our activities, her courtesy rally enhances our experience. Very nice view. Aleberobello, Polignano, Ostuni, Monopoli 30 minutes away by car. Easy.

We paid extra for a deluxe room hoping for a nice patio but it was only 1metre in depth, just enough room for a small bistro table & 2 chairs - in effect we only used it as a clothes drying area. The pool is a lovely spot but as previous guests have commented, whilst we were not expecting hotel pool service, it was the only place we stayed in over 2 weeks that had no guest kettle or even light snacks available (e.g. crisps for sale, cake made at breakfast left out for guests during the day) so we were in the car more than we'd hoped to get refreshments. If you're planning to be out all day & not use the property as a relaxing stop this of course isn't an issue.

The Guest House is conveniently located for exploring the area. It's easy to find with ample parking behind security gates. The hosts are extremely welcoming and the views spectacular from the pool area. There's ample seating around the pool so you can always get sun or shade as required, everywhere is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is local and or homemade. Our room was a good size as was the ensuite.
