Very nice and helpful owners, good contact despite language difference. Apartment clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

Environment a little noisy, had problems to find it.

The hosts didn't speak English so we communicated via Google Translate, but they were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was traditional and plentiful. Definitely to be recommended.

Breakfast was super good. Friendly staff

We stayed in August and there was no air conditioning. We could not sleep well due to hot weather at night in the room.

The room was friendly, clean and comfortable, the bathroom modern and very clean. On the veranda in front of the room there was a table and chairs to sit and relax. The owner is incredibely friendly and the breakfast truly exceptional. The steet in front of the B&B leads right into the center. It is very close to the highway and the B&B is super easy to reach. However busy the street gets during the day, it is very quiet at night and we slept well not hearing a sound. We were able to park the car inside the property behind a closed fence. The owners are very dog friendly. There is a Wienerhouse restaurant right across the street, but we warmly recommend the Birrificio di Como (a couple of minutes by car and good parking) for their home-brewed beers and great food.

Nothing comes to mind. We'll come back anytime we'll pass through Como in the future.

We received a lovely welcome from the host and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was very comfortable.

Tea, coffee and a kettle in the room would enhance the stay here.

Everything we needed. Exceptional breakfast. Great host -we spoke no Italian, the host spoke little English - However, he was extremely helpful, full of fun and 'went the extra mile'.

We knew the location was practical, Great for touring and passing through Como - not the 'sexiest' location.

Beautiful quaint Italian home. Felt like we had a very authentic Italian experience. The host made a lovely breakfast and the dining room was so pretty and authentic. Very clean and we had the best sleep on the lovely beds. They had internet and netflix and cute terrace. The host was very nice and catered to our needs.

    Off a main road.
