Claudio went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our breakfast. I love the fact of this place had an elevator! The room was a good size. It was just me and my husband. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Plus, we had a window. The room was very clean. The shower was great! I loved how the water was strong.

If you want the most amazing view with your morning coffee this is the place for you! The view from the terrace is spectacular and an amazing opportunity to see the baroque beauty of Lecce up close. We also really appreciated the lift… not every day you ride a lift from the 1930’s!!! Our host was extremely helpful and we really appreciated him offering a taxi service both to and from the property.

Host Claudio was excellent and very friendly to deal with.Room was beautiful and location could not have been better.All sights and restaurants are located around the apartment.The view from its balcony was fabulous,as was the fresh breakfast served on said balcony.You can't go wrong booking this accommodation.Host , breakfast ,location and value for money is excellent.

Comfortable room with a friendly and helpful host. Outstanding view of the baroque and elaborate Basilica di Santa Croce from the breakfast terrace. Large ensuite bathroom. Handy lift to 2nd floor. Centrally located and close to many sights and restaurants.

No parking and difficult to find. You need to enter through a small garage door and go up 5 flights of stairs or take a cage elevator

Gorgeous, clean and centrally located. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace which gives you an incredible view of certain carvings on the Basilica that cannot be seen from the street. Must see!

Would have preferred en suite but it was not a big issue - it’s an old building after all . The location was brilliant

The location is fabulous, overlooking the stand out Santa Croce , you eat breakfast on the balcony overlooking it. It is a property in the second floor that is not obvious from outside - however the small adventure of receiving your instructions to get in from Claudio is parting the fun and there’s a classic European small lift to get you there ! Bedroom was nice , I had the one without en suite but you get your own separate bathroom and this was made known to me in advance ( it wasn’t an issue ) , the others do have en suite . Breakfast is nice and it’s all very laid back. Bed comfortable and Claudio very helpful with local knowledge . It was a nice find this place

Beautiful classically furnished (and clean!) room, great location in the center, and very kind host. Incredible view of Santa Croce on breakfast terrace with delicious local pastries. Its on 3rd level (with elevator) so we could leave balcony door open in lovely weather!!

Claudio, our host, was incredible. He was so helpful with all our questions, our request to drop our bags early, give directions and recommendations, etc. His explanation of the hotel’s name (no spoilers here - you’ll have to visit to find out!) and the view is the best in Lecce. 11/10 for location and 10/10 for everything else!

Loved our stay here. Claudio was a wonderful host. He was very helpful before and during our stay. He helped us with getting to and the AirB&B when we arrived and then we left. The location is excellent with easy access to all the sites. Being across from the cathedral was lovely. Morning breakfast served on the terrace was a memory we will never forget. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and no noise issues. Breakfast was excellent. Truly a wonderful experience. One we hope to repeat.

B&B has a wonderful location in the heart of historic center of Lecce, just opposite to the baroque gem of the city - basilica di Santa Croce. B&B has a terrace you can directly see the facade and discover all charming details of the building. The host is a treasure. Prior to the arrival I received full information on location and access to the place. In addition we were provided with detailed information on sightseeing, recommended trattorias and restaurants, sightseeing routes, etc. and all necessary information. Although we arrived very early the room was ready, so we could leave the baggage and fully enjoy the city. Every day we had Italian breakfast served by the host with warm pastries and pasticciotto (local specialty). Room was clean and comfortable with spacious bathroom and pleasant interior design.

Entrance is through the pass door in a Palazzo door. Rickety small lift up to first floor. Cheeses and hams would be good addition to breakfast.

We had the triple room with balcony -very nice, good size and good value for a central location with terrace views of Santa Croce.

Due to my error, we mistakenly booked a room without a private bathroom. It was down the hall.

Superb location in the center of the old city. Our room had a balcony that looked directly at the Cathedral. Claudio lives on the premises and was attentive to our needs, including helping with transport to/from train station.
