The room was very nice and clean. A really good breakfast was served every morning with a verity of pastries, ham and cheese and eggs with bacon.

Maria is a very kind host! She treated us to a delicious breakfast, cookies, tiramisu, and croissants coffee and her kindness. We were absolutely satisfied with our stay there! We will stay here for the next time as well, I recommend to everyone!

Maria charmed us with her kindness. It's like your dearest aunt baking and cooking divine breakfasts with incredible talent. Even in Parisian bakeries, I have never eaten croissants as delicious as the ones she makes here. She provided us with lots of advice and tips on what and where to eat (where the locals also eat), where to go to the beach. They really care about their guests, like their family. Thank you very much for this care, we feel great.

Honestly, nothing bad at all. Some might say the B&B is kind of far to the center of the city… I’d say get over and with it. A 45min walk with pleasant temperature… best there is. It’s an island after all … take the bus, taxi, rent a car or walk.

This place is a true gem. We stayed for a week and it was everything one would hope and wish for… our host Maria was and always will be the definition of kindness, forthcomingness, sweetness and respectfulness. This place has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities one needs, like air conditioning, wifi etc. The place itself is only a 10min walk to the nearest beach, resp. an approx. 20min walk to the infamous Maria Pia Beach. The nearest grocery store(s) are also only few minutes away, as well as a bus stop either in airport direction or toward the center of Alghero. Hostess Maria provided us with excellent suggestions for local restaurants and other hidden gems, that are only known to people who know the ins and outs of Alghero. She also provided us breakfast each morning, serving fresh produce from local markets. I still have the delicious taste of her self-backed lemon cake in my mouth… incredible display of hospitality and care for the comfort of staying guests. Thank you Maria for your kindness and opening your doors to us, allowing us to leave Alghero with incredible memories. I can only implore you to stay at Bed and Breakfast Giu&Gio … it will be worth it.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It is a fair walk into Alghero town but there are buses, scooters and bikes to hire or quite frankly, use your feet as I did!

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The host, Maria, was so kind and helpful. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Air conditioning was a joy. Breakfast was perfect, including Maria’s home baking!

The host (Maria and the whole team) is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast!! The B&B is in a quiet location only 7 minutes walk from the beach. Along the promenade the old city centre of Alghero is easily reached by foot.

Mrs. Maria is a wonderful person. Аttentive host, who appreciates hеr guests. You will feel really cozy and special. Her cakes are wonderful, the breakfast is always on time and rich. drinks are always available. the room is really comfortable and clean, the toilet too. The accommodation is near the most beautiful beach Maria Pia, and it is also close to the city center and the market, with a 10-minute walk you are there. We visited this place for the first time, but with the list for the region that Mrs. Maria gave us (good restaurants, beaches and places that are good to visit), you will really feel like you are on the right track. And not only that, she also gave us an umbrella, a fridge for the beach and everything we needed for a wonderful vacation and stay. We will definitely visit again.

Honestly nothing, our stay was perfect.

Maria and the other hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly for our whole stay. We were provided with a great breakfast plus sandwiches to take away for lunch each day, a comprehensive list of restaurant recommendations, and our rooms were cleaned daily. The location is perfect. Frequent buses into alghero, less frequent to bosa, and capo cassia. 10 minutes walk to one of the better beaches in the area.

My wife and I stayed at B&B Giu&Gio for our trip to Alghero, and our stay was terrific. From the start, Maria was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our 2-week stay flew by, and it only felt like we were there for a few days. The breakfast was terrific, and the room was very clean. The location is very close to several beaches, and it was easy to get to the city center. I cannot say how impressed we are with our stay and would definitely go back. I highly recommend B&B Giu&Gio if you are ever in Alghero.
