This is a great place to stay, it is conveniently located close to Monfalcone but quiet and very well managed by the owners. Due to the location iti s recfommended wt have a car to reach all the nice places around.

Nothing! I have stayed in more luxurious places for sure but this simple, comfortable place would get my business again and again.

An outstanding value, nice room, everything is spotless, generous breakfast. Surrounded by trees. Parking space. Hosts are lovely! Less than 5 minute walk to center of Duino with cafe, gelato, and flower shop. I would stay here again. Highly recommend for visitors to UWC. 20 minutes to Trieste.

Stella Marie is located at a very convenient place for exploring Duino. The hosts are incredibly friendly and the homemade breakfast and coffee are excellent!

The house is next to a lively street that gives some noise when you sit outside.

I had a pleasant stay at Stella Maris. The landlord provided everything you liked for breakfast. They had a nice place to sit outside or if necessary also inside. The way to the sea was about 10 minutes downhill. There is a restaurant close by that serves fish.

The value for the given money quite low, given that Duino is small city where you cannot reach nice beaches by walk, people go there for hikes mostly.

It was clean, nice breakfast, host friendly and the rooms are as in the picture, very beautiful.

Michele made us feel very welcome. The AC and fan in the room worked good so we could have a good sleep despite the very hot weather. Great fish restaurant, pizza take away and ice cream nearby. In the small harbour you can have a lovely swim.

We were absolutely delighted to stay in this lovely and well taken care of B&B just couple of minutes walking distance from the Duino castle. The apartments, the outdoor patio and the beds are spacious and roomy. We especially loved how the owners took care of us, yet giving us space to relax and unwind. Loved those breakfasts and coffers. Would definitely recommend the place to future guests and hopefully we'll be back shortly.l>

I would recommend perhaps preparing a small work area for laptops for travelers who travel with a laptop. You can basically sit in the dining room, but it's not always comfortable because people can pass by, but it's not that bad.

The atmosphere at B&B Duino Stella Maris was outstanding. Miki was very welcoming and friendly and always showed a willingness to help with anything needed and the rest of the guest house staff were also very nice, I felt at home. I will highly recommend it to anyone I know who will be passing through the area. Grazie Mille!

I stayed with my girl for two nights in October and EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING! Miki is an amazing person, a 100% Italiano! As it was my girl's birthday, he had his daughter make her a cake, had a beautiful assorted bouquet of flowers in the room and a bottle of chilled Prosecco on ice on the terraza when we arrived! He even cut up some high quality fiambres/cold cuts from his personal family kitchen to give us with the prosecco! We would stay here again anytime.!! Grazie mille, Miki!!!
