Nothing....but note that if you come by car and have suitcases, you will need to walk about 150 meters and climb a set of stairs, depending where you park. We only had overnight bags so this wasn't a problem.

Great location, just a short walk to the Duomo and other sites of Ibla. The room was very comfortable and spacious with lots of plugs and space to hang clothes and the bathroom didn't lack anything. Attention to details in the furnishing was superb!

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with a very comfortable bed. A big bonus was the peaceful location and a tarrace with a lovely view at any time of day. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful – we felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The location was great – close enough to the center, but quiet enough to relax. We'll definitely come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a fair price.

It’s impossible to park next to the apartment (it’s on old town), do you should be prepared climbing stairs, which was not a big issue for us, but could be a problem in general.

The location & the beautiful style of this fully renovated and lovely decorated flat which used to be a cellar. But keep in mind that there are lots of stairs on the way to the flat. So just carry hand luggage!

Breakfast was good and fresh with many options. The location is quaint with a wonderful view of Ragusa Ibla. A little hilly and many steps, but this is Italy and enjoyed every step!

It’s a great location, close to everything is Ragusa Ibla. The room is beautiful, is very quiet and has an amazing view too! The bed and pillows are very comfortable, shower has great pressure and breakfast is delicious.

The access is a bit complicated. You need to walk patiently about 300m (according to Google) on a paved street with your luggage because the road passing nearby is in a ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato). As foreigners, we did not know that, and our car has been flashed... Despite this experience, the room and nice surroundings are worth it and we would gladly return :)

Very nice setting, like in the pictures. It is the only place during our whole stay of two weeks where we had a little heater in the bathroom (we came in winter). Excellent breakfast on the terrace above, which has a view of the whole city and the surrounding mountains. The owner is very friendly and attentive to your needs.

The only small minus - in the photos it looks as if each apartment had its own balcony. In fact, it is one balcony, which causes a lack of privacy. OK for 1 night, but for a longer period it would be a problem for me.
