Excellent breakfast, nice location for nature lover, outside of tourist's traps

Staying in this beautiful property at Preazzano feels like living a truly authentic experience from a Italian movie. Breathtaking landscape with a great view of Amalfi coast. The owners, Ignazio and Caterina, are the best hostess you can dream with. Not only they’re sweet people, but they offer guests the best they have. All food is prepared daily by themselves and ingredients are fresh and come right from their backyard. I would definitely come back many other times!

The property is quite distant from the city center and for the ones who are not traveling by car it’s impossible. Also, I would also say the property is not well enlightened properly at night.

The Cassiopea apartment is an excellent base for exploring Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment is situated on a hill offering beautiful views. A definite advantage is free parking (if you choose an apartment in Amalfi, for example, finding a parking space can be challenging). I spent the three most wonderful days of my week-long trip through southern Italy with Katarina and Ignazio's family. I felt like I was staying with family, not an apartment. The hosts were very eager to welcome us when our navigation system malfunctioned. Ignazio even drove 8 km to pick us up and guide us to the apartment. They took great care of us and ordered pizza for us when we arrived late in the evening.Ignazio gave us many very valuable tips that saved us time and money. Every day, Katarina served us delicious breakfasts made with her own fresh produce. The taste of the cheese she made is still fresh in my mind.I've been traveling for 20 years and have visited many places where I've met kind and friendly people, but staying with Ignazio and Katarina was truly exceptional. They simply love people. I hope to return to this apartment in the future. As I write this comment, I'm drinking lemon tea from Ignazio and Katarina's garden, which they gave me as a gift from their own garden. No hotel will treat you like this ;) Katarina, Ignazio, thank you so much.

We stayed from June 28-July 1 as a family of 4. It was the best hospitality and the hosts, Ignazio and Catarina, were wonderful. They were some of the most welcoming and helpful people we've ever met. The breakfasts were amazing and they consisted of mainly natural and pure ingredients. We are grateful to have been able to stay there and will definitely choose them again if we return. From Russia With ❤

If you want to visit the Amalfi and Sorrentine coasts and cities like Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, then this is the ideal location of a nice house with a beautiful view of the islands of Ischia and Capri. We had a wonderful 4 nights with the lovely owners Ignacio and Catherine, who welcomed us warmly and prepared a rich breakfast each morning from coffee, fruit to home-made cheeses, eggs and cakes. I will not forget the fig marmalade. Ignazio advised us on all the maps and coastal routes and Catherine recommended two excellent restaurants. The rooms have everything you need, including a washing machine and toiletries. Fresh spring water in the fridge every day. Wine from the home vineyeard. We will definitely be back. Thank you Catherine and Ignazio.

This property is in a beautiful location on the mountain just outside of Vico Equense. The views are spectacular! Our suite was lovely and clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were fantastic! Caterina and Ignazio are superb hosts. They made us feel very welcome, had many good suggestions for us to do in the area, and made sure we understood how to get to and from their home easily. The bus posed a small challenge the first time we took it, but once we understood the route, it wasn't a problem. Ignazio arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, for a very reasonable fee, making our travel even easier. Highly recommend B&B Cassiopeia, and would definitely stay again another time.

We love that it’s close to nature. I got very excited with their garden where you will find fresh and sweet grapes, as well as olive trees and I think more vegetables were grown there

A bit far specially for us that’s using public transport. But Ignazio made sure that we have all the information along with the bus stops and the time table when we arrived. So there were no problems to get into your destinations. He even offered us free rides when we arrived and checked out! Everything really compensated because Ignazio and Caterina were a very kind and welcoming hosts!

The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional—they were always available, willing to help with anything, and provided fantastic tips for exploring the region. The room was immaculate and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos, with incredible attention to detail. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, featuring a delicious variety of homemade, 100% Italian products. Enjoying it with a stunning 360° panoramic view of the mountains, the sea, and even the island of Capri was unforgettable—just as described in the photos. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also ideal, being geographically very close to the most popular tourist attractions in the region, making it the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. We would recommend this place 100%. It is a real gem, and we can’t wait to return.

This place is truly amazing, but what makes it extraordinary are the people. Katryna and Ignacio are absolutely wonderful individuals—angels who ensure that every moment of your stay and your entire experience in Italy is nothing short of perfect. Always helpful, always smiling, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you both so much for this incredible time! The location was stunning and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. I have never encountered such welcoming hosts out of any place I have stayed. The breakfast was deliciously made everyday, and it felt like home!

This apartment is excellent!All is clean, breakfast is very delicious- fresh fruits from garden, amazing look from terrace. Ignazio and Katarina are amazing hosts. They take care about guests.We arrive late and was very hungry. Ignazio took as to restaurant.He recommended what to see, wich roud better use and help as with fine receipt - Ignazio translate all, call to Autostrade. I very recommend this apartment!!!

Ignazio and katarina were great hosts They helped with directions to places and recommendations to do. lovely breakfast with fruits from their garden. Room was private and comfortable. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely quiet location, great value and such a great welcome from Caterina and Ignatio. We felt like part of the family rather than just guests. A fabulous breakfast each day really set us up. The views are spectacular and it's not too far to drive into Sorrento. Public transport is available allthough we didn't use that. Will definitely be back!

The owners were so nice and helpfull all trip, we got to taste some wine and food from their garden, and they helped us plan our day trips and show us the way.

The only bad thing about the place, is that it is pretty fra from most of the tourist atractions in the area, so be prepared to drive a bit in the mountains

Ignazio went above and beyond to accommodate me and i truly enjoyed my stay because of his wonderful hospitality. The only thing was for me it was a bit far from everything I wanted to see however if you have a car (highly recommend) it should be fine, the view is definitely worth it! and the breakfast even more! 100% reccommend

Ignazio and Claudia made me feel so welcome in their beautiful place in the mountain overlooking the sea. they explained how to get from and to each place by bus or train. the breakfast was incredible. they went beyond making each breakfast amazing on their patio with the beautiful view. fresh food from their garden added that special touch. the bed was very comfortable and the apartment very clean. if you drive, take some trips and make this your home base. it’s nice and quiet for great relaxation too. I highly recommend this place.
