New and remodeled. Very clean. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Only about 10’ walk from the Old City. The lady that serves the breakfast is all about customer service. She will really try to help you if you have a problem. Italian breakfast included, one croissant or pasticcioto and coffee. There is an elevator dedicated for the luggage. We found parking very easily all the time. We had a great stay.

All was good

New and sparkling clean. The wonderful Erika made us feel very welcome and was helpful with our questions. The layout was very good for 3 people giving privacy.

The property was modern and the rooms were very spacious. Also in a great location.

The staff and the cleanliness! Absolutely amazing staff that make you feel like a part of the family. Especially, Erika! She went beyond her ways to make us feel comfortable! We went for one night but stayed an additional one.

The elevator is only working for luggage, but given that it is a 3 story building, it is not that bad.

Spacious clean cozy hotel with a nice staff and affordable paid parking area The room is spacious and very clean I couldn't believe it is just one-star hotel on Google. It's better than some old over-priced 3-star hotels you might experience in many over-touristic cities in Europe. The staff is also very kind, helpful and caring. You can even get fresh Cappuccino every morning at the breakfast. If you travel with a car, you can find paid parking places around the hotel It just cost a few euro per day (But be careful, depending on the street, prices could a bit vary. You should check the sign carefully) The pub at the ground floor just next to the hotel was also a great place to grab a snack and interesting Italian beer (They also offer to-go even for tab beer)

Super spacious room, spotlessly clean. Location's fantastic, close to everything. Big bathroom. The host Erika was fantastic, super helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of options.

We like everything, the location was good. The breakfast very on time, very generous and nice Ekica, was very friendly and tried her best in everything. We get a very good attention as she knows us for a long time.

Room is spacious and they arranged a nice cot the our baby. It was super clean. Staff was amazingly nice and the location is great just a short walk to the center

Everything is fine, close to the center but with really tight windows you can't hear anything from outside and nice service

Erika is a very lovely host. Her cappuccino were delicious! For breakfast we had yogurt, fruits, tea, juice, coffee and pasticcioto - I recommend those! The location is only 10 min from old town, the parking nearby allows you to park for free between 14:00 and 9:00, then it’s €0,60 per hour (use EasyPark app).

I wish bedsheets were changed daily (it is for additional charge of €10. We were in the room Elettra and whoever was smoking in the under courtyard - the cigarette smell would go immediately to our room and bathroom.

Erica was great,the location is nice,the room was ok

The room are on second floor and there are no alivator,only one key to the room,the breakfast is only one coffee and one cuoson,in the second room the air condition didnt work and the room was too hot.. the lady was nice but the experiances was bad

Clean, nice, good location.

Coins. Without coins you will not be able to park the car outside. Property has a coin based coffee machine. So, if you are out of coins and there is no hostess around you are out of luck of having coffee.

Our stay was excellent.Host was very informative.Room was meticulously clean .Shower amazing. I’m not really a breakfast person but what I had was enjoyable

Everything was perfect. Very nice room with all the amenities, super clean, very good bed, linen and towels. Erika was super host, very nice and helpful. I fully recommend this property. 10+
