United KingdomFrom the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and warm smiles; the perfect start to what became an exceptional stay. Every single member of staff was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to make our time here as enjoyable as possible; nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection to suit every taste, and the team were more than happy to prepare additional dishes on request, like perfectly fresh poached eggs. The food from the hotel restaurant was exceptional; beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and served with the same attentive care we experienced throughout our stay. The hotel itself, including the pool area, was absolutely immaculate. Sun loungers were always available, and we were greeted with fresh towels before being taken to our preferred spot. Throughout the day, staff regularly checked in to see if we wanted our umbrella adjusted to suit the sun; such a thoughtful touch. Our room and the sky lounge had the most breathtaking views, overlooking the sea and Mount Vesuvius; a sight we never tired of. Every member of the team, from reception and bar staff to maids, pool attendants, and the dedicated advice team, was attentive and professional. Their local knowledge was invaluable, offering fantastic recommendations for trips, excursions, and restaurants, helping us make the most of every day. We also loved the friendly chats and light-hearted football banter about Manchester United and Napoli; it made us feel even more at home. This hotel truly sets the standard for hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back! Grazie mille – Room 103.

Overall an excellent facility with beautiful attention to detail. Staff is outstanding. First class facility. Dinner our first night was truly exceptional, one of the best we have had in our 2 weeks of traveling and fine dining in Italy. Second evening, dinner was a disappointment, as the head chef was not working and my food was inedible, and my partners mediocre. However I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it for a first class stay and world class service.
