Security cameras that are basically aimed into the bottom rooms with the larger terraces. Quite strange and it feels like they’re watching your every move!

The location is on a hill and it’s clarified before booking it but it is hard to go uphills

I wish we could have a flatiron in the room.

The location is fantastic! We had rooms on the 3rd floor with a great view. Everything was perfect. We had breakfast for additional payment on the outside terrace and it was delicious. And we parked our car on the hotel's property (also extra).

Fantastic location between Rapallo and St. Margherita. Can walk to both. St. Michele di Paragi beach is 200 m away. Quite new facilities. Welcoming staff, speaking English, attentive. Parking. AC worked. Bathroom is big. Plenty of towels. 24/7 bar and outside lounge. We loved it

Expensive hotel car parking, a bit too long and exhausting distance to restaurants and to Portofino in the evening.

Parking at the hotel rather expensive with no parking options nearby in the steep streets. Rooms are a bit old.

Breakfast at 15 euros was steep as it was ok but not great! Pastries, cereal etc nothing more. Road was noisy some nights and so was the hotel… woken by other guests and morning cleaning staff!

The location was so perfect between main Rapallo and San margarita area. If your up to it a doable walk to Portofino! The family that runs the hotel was absolutely amazing, we felt so cared for. I would highly recommend hotel to my family or friends.

Like most hotels in the area, this one sits on top of the main road so there can be some road noise. Also you can hear neighbors, but this is all something that can easily be remedied with some earplugs

Family-run hotel with a personal charm. Everyone at the reception spoke various languages fluently and were very friendly and helpful with every thing we could need. Very clean with a spectacular view of the sea right from the window and balcony.

A lovely little hotel. Very clean and cozy. Large, nice and well-air-conditioned rooms. The balcony from our room had an indescribable sea view. In the morning we woke up to birdsong. If you like walking, Santa Margherita is only 15 minutes away. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Tickets are 2 euros. They can be bought at the reception. You can travel to Rapallo or to Santa Margherita from where you can take a boat to Poltofino. Within walking distance of the hotel there are two wonderful beaches and restaurants with delicious seafood. The best thing about the hotel is the smiling staff :). Always at your disposal and ready to make your stay here unforgettable. We sincerely thank Greta ❤️
