The air conditioning system is down stairs and therefore does not keep the mezzanine bedroom cool. A fan is needed upstairs to move the air, we struggled to sleep.

It was a great apartment, handy for everything and the restaurant downstairs was great. Plenty of space, balcony, great shower.

Property is located in the heart of Sorrento. Down a narrow side street it feels very authentic. So close to the station and many,many restaurants. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Reception was welcoming and very informative.

Location was great so close to the bustling heart of Sorrento. Apartment was nice with a beautiful terrace outside, sloping ceiling so we had to duck! Private and secure with a lift also.

Squeaky doors to the bathroom and bedrooms that make noise whenever they are open or close. The bedrooms are open to the living room so the noise really carries through.

Great location, great facilities, family of 5 and we were so comfortable and the hostess was absolutely amazing ... nothing to fault .. we had a terrace an elevator .. couldn't have asked for anything more ... definitely will be back

Black mould in shower , tiles and ceiling. No iron Internet to slow Staircase is not to regs. It's only 350mm wide which means you have to hold on with two hands on one side to climb it and going down.

Central location down a side street with lots of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Family run hotel/apartments. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with small balcony perfect for drinks and an outside sitting area at the entrance. Set back from the street so very private The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was some noise from the restaurant below at night but you need to expect that given the central location.

The comfort of the beds in the twin room was a little underwhelming, the shower could benefit from an upgrade and the hairdryer, although very charming is not very user friendly, only travelling with hand luggage didn't allow us to bring personal hairdryer, so would be great to pop one in a bedroom or two.

The location of this property is excellent! Close to everything you could desire! With an amazing family restaurant on your doorstep. Rossella who welcomed us to the property was very informative about all the facilities, attentive to our needs and overall excellent. The 2 bed apartment we had was spacious, clean, mostly well equipped and exceeded our expectations. The building itself is a charming traditional build, lovely big windows making the property bright, individual balconies in bedrooms and the terrace with an amazing view was the icing on the cake.

As the bed is upstairs, it can get a little warm at night as we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. It was not really an issue though

The property was wonderfully located in the heart of Sorrento! An easy 10-15min walk from train station which we did with suitcases in a group of 9! Located close to 2 supermarkets and so many great restaurants! Also a 8 min walk to boat harbour!! We loved our stay here for our family of 5 in a 2 bedroom apartment! Our youngest slept in a fold out bed in lounge and it worked well. Lovely terrace to eat on with the church bells in the background!

Being right in the heart of the city it was noisy on the morning with the city bells going off.

Spacious apartment with a handy kitchen should you not want to go out for every meal. We used to have breakfast at the apartment. Bedrooms all had little cute balconies and there was a terrace off the kitchen / dining area. Easy to find and staff were helpful and great with communication. Great base for exploring the town and also for getting ferries to go across the Amalfi coast. We visited Capri and Positano from here. Ferry from Naples easy to get and cheaper than the train.
