Excellent sauna facilities

Absolutely amazing staff, great breakfast, wonderful location and beautiful hotel!

I had a problem during my stay. Ms. Marianna, the receptionist, resolved it perfectly and quickly. She is very kind and helpful. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

The lady Marianna was truly amazing. Even before we arrived at the hotel, she reminded us of everything we needed to do to visit the popular sights. Once we arrived, she helped us address all the issues related to booking the shuttle bus. The breakfast was excellent, and Marianna’s warm smile made us feel so good—it set the tone for enjoying our meals and the whole day of traveling. During our trip, she even checked in with us to see if we had any transportation issues and was always ready to help. We truly felt like she was a member of our family, always there to support us. We absolutely loved our trip to the Dolomites and were so impressed with the wonderful hotel and the amazing staff. We would love to come back again someday!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the balcony was beautiful, creating a sense of peace and relaxation throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we received helpful explanations about the area right from the start. During our visit, the staff kindly sent us excellent recommendations for local markets, restaurants, and activities, which really enriched our experience. Breakfast was very good. Our kids had a great time in the playroom. We would definitely love to come back!

There is some noise from street in front of the hotel. (Luckily the street was not so busy at night.)

Room is big and comfortable with a beautiful view. Breakfast is excellent! Staff, Ms Mariana is very helpful and good organizer!

Not the property’s fault just the town has farm smell when we open the windows feel the fresh air

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was exceptional. So was the staff, always available to help. Beautifully located.

The only thing I did not appreciate was the fact that they charge for the water available within the little fridge in the room. It’s true they let you know the price list next to the fridge so they are informing in advance that the water is not for free, however I believe that the hotel is costly enough and at least a free bottle of water would have been a nice gesture. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We couldn’t sleep all night because our bed was infested with bugs. I tried to explain this to the hotel manager, Marianna, who refused to listen and insisted there were no bugs. Instead of addressing the issue, she asked for payment. We are on a road trip around Europe with around 20 hotels booked. By mistake, I had ticked the booking as “paid.” When Marianna told me no payment had been made, I calmly said I would check my bank to confirm. At this point, she became aggressive, started shouting at me, and made a racist remark, saying, “I know what you kind of people are like” — clearly referring to our skin colour, as we are Asian. We had no issue paying, but I simply needed a moment to double-check. Instead, she threatened to call the police. The situation became very embarrassing, as other guests were watching. On top of that, Marianna kept making unnecessary remarks about us “arriving late.” We arrived at 9:15 pm, and the night before she had told me over the phone not to worry, as many guests arrive late and they would leave the key for us. Yet in the morning she repeatedly mentioned our late arrival, as if there was a curfew which I certainly didn’t expect while on holiday. All day I also had issues with the WiFi, which I explained to her when she asked why I hadn’t contacted her earlier. Her response was sarcastic, questioning why I had WiFi issues all day but apparently no problem when she called me an unnecessary and unfounded comment. This whole incident left us feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and discriminated against. I have stayed at many hotels, but I have never experienced such unprofessional, hostile, and unacceptable behaviour. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

The stay at the hotel was more than wonderful!! The room was gorgeous and very clean. The staff is very responsive and gave us lots of directions to nice restaurants and nice places to visit. Special thanks to the hotel host Marianna, who welcomed us very warmly and made my father's 60th birthday celebration even better!!If I come to this area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it, the place is wonderful.
