The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. At the moment it is delivered to the room at a fixed time, which means the coffee and pancakes were already cold and the fruit not as fresh as expected. It would be great if the breakfast service could be a bit more flexible and improved in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Ambasciata Sorrento Relais. The location is perfect – right in the center of Sorrento, just next to the main train station and only about 10 minutes on foot to the harbor, where you can easily catch ferries to nearby cities and islands. The room and facilities were excellent: very clean, modern, and secure with camera surveillance throughout the property. The value for money is outstanding. The staff made our stay even better. On our first day, a young gentleman gave us a detailed introduction to the city, which was very helpful since it was our first time in Sorrento. Every morning, the young lady at the front desk greeted us warmly and was always available to answer any questions we had. Both were extremely kind and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended for anyone visiting Sorrento!

Finding the location was not simple but once we figured it out it was fine. (It is located near a restaurant. Through a main outdoor gate, then up stairway, and last resident in the back.) Not a big deal!!

Room was perfect. Had the corner “circle” bed room with beautiful balconies overlooking main square. Surprisingly quiet with the balcony doors shut. AC worked very well. The service staff were amazing. We had an issue with losing my wallet and staff continued to make calls on our behalf even after we left. Very attentive and caring. Perfect location - close to ferry, train/bus lines, restaurants, and right in the middle of activities. Would 100% return here.

Everything is amazing

An amazing room with the perfect location, walk out the door and you are on the main piazza in Sorrento. The staff were so welcoming and helpful even waiting until 10pm to check us. We highly recommend this property

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Although in close proximity to the piazza, the windows are soundproof. We enjoyed the balcony in the early morning and late evening. Balcony seating was comfortable. We enjoyed the daily breakfast served in the room.

This is a perfect location. Everything was walkable from here. Lovely cafes, restaurants and gelato nearby. The balcony in the room was perfect for morning coffee and evening spritz. Giusy and all the staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

Very central location. Our room was small but suited our needs and was very clean. There are steps up to the accommodation so beware of this if you have mobility problems. Would definitely recommend 👌
