I really liked how well this room was equipped! We had a small mishap with another guest that had mistakenly checked into our room and we had to wait an hour or so but our host swiftly sorted it out and in fact, went out of her way to apologise and make up for it by organising a little aperitif, and even deducted the city tax from us which I thought was very kind of her. Additionally, she helped us by organising a cab from the hotel to the ferry port on the day of our check out, upon request, which was alot cheaper than the taxi we had got from the port (be mindful of the taxis there that scam you for each luggage you place in there vehicle). it really showed how much the host valued the people who booked this place. It's also in a great location, although at night its a bit noisy, but I imagine that's everywhere in Sorrento. Would love to come back here the next time we are there!

The shower head didn’t walk properly, we had to use the small one. The shutter didn’t go all the way down making it light in the bedroom, the fridge wasn’t very cold. The shower wasn’t very clean, it was very scummy and needs a good clean.

Lovely spacious room, the balcony was a nice extra. Not far to walk into the centre.

The room is advertised as sea view, however you can only see a tiny amount of the sea. It would be better to advise as city view or street view. We would have liked another furniture piece to put stuff . I think because it was spacious it felt a little empty, however my husband and I ended up using the sofa bed as an additional table to place our day to day stuff. Both of these were minor and didn’t affect us having a great time.

The location was great and the balcony gave us an authentic feel for the city, without being in the main noisy strip. The room was a modern, large space and lovely and clean. We loved the big bathroom! Plus, the staff were wonderful and helpful, who were also easy to contact.

The room is exactly like the pictures. Confortable and clean Good water pressure Blinds (If you like me need dark to sleep) Good size room and bathroom. There is a mini fridge, ketlle, mugs and some coffee and tea as well. The host is very friendly and comunicative. She allowed us to do a later check in and to leave our bags after the check out. 10 minutes away from sorrento train station (where you also can take the bus to amalfi coast) Close to restaurants and shops

The location is great, and the place is very clean and comfortable! A light, spacious place with nice design. We had a minor misunderstanding but the hostess solved the problem.

The location is very close to Piazza Tasso & very near to the Sorrento train or Bus whatever you would need to use. The communication with the property owner was excellent, we were asked multiple times if we needed anything further. Beds were comfortable and sheets were very clean too!
