Absolutely wonderful stay!! Such a beautiful place. Exceptionally clean and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed. Our host was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. The premises were the cleanest I’ve ever seen across all the places I’ve stayed at. Close to the train station and multiple bus stations around. I can’t recommend Alissa Suits enough!

Super clean, wonderful location, and Tatiana was super friendly and helpful! I really appreciated her tips about bus connections, how to get around, and where to find groceries. It was an amazing stay, and I’d absolutely stay again! Highly recommended!

It was well located and extremely clean & new

The accomondation was absolutely awsome! Everything new and clean. Very good matress, goodies for breakfast (coffee, tea marmelade etc), refrigerator, high capacity for a lot of stuff in the room, A/C. It is luxurius, more than enough and more than you ask for. The landlord lady, Mrs Tatiana, is constantly helpful and very-very kind. Plus, a nice outdoor lobby for the night to seat and have a drink or a pizza or just chill. A very plus, a good sense of security for your stuff to leave behind.

Nothing to mention, except to notice for those who prefer to be in the very centre of Rome, keep in mind that it is 7 metro stations away, which for me it is very good, as you have a good quiet and quality sleep without the noise of the city. But 7 stations is not that far away isn't it?

Very well decorated, clean, set up, very nice accommodations, nice kitchen, A/C, outdoor area and nice shared kitchen and sitting area, good kitchen appliances, exceptionally nice hostess. I had a couple difficult situations and the hostess went out of her way to help me. She is a very kind person, who takes pride in her suites, and tries hard to please the customers.

I would have liked an interpretation, as a foreigner, as to if the TV system programs were free or not, as in having a pamphlet there, ready to read, without having to contact the hostess at night.

The property was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. We didn't find ourselves wishing for anything more. As someone who travels a lot, I can say that it's rare to find such properties at this price, especially in Rome. Tatiana was incredibly friendly; she personally came to give us the keys and showed us around, even in the middle of the night. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to book. In my opinion, it deserves a 4-star rating, not just 3 stars.♥️

Everything was amazing, literally AWE-SOME!

Tatiana was an excellent host. The apartment is in a very good location, near to the shopping places, coffee, taxis and much more. Super clean!

The facilities, how clean it is and well located

We were blown away by the service from the host, Tatiana. She is so friendly and helpful. She gave us so much advice on which train or coach to take. She kept the kitchen stocked with little cakes, crackers and chocolates and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. She’s also very responsive. If we had any questions, we would send her a WhatsApp and she would respond straight away.

Clean, nice room with private bathroom and shared kitchen. Is easy to reach the center of the city, by bus or metro. We thank our host for everything, she is very helpful and nice! We will come back for sure!

Good location, 3 mins walk to metro. 25 minutes to Vatican There are 3 rooms with common kitchen and individual bathroom Tatiana was a super kind, described everything, and helped a lot! We will stay here the next time in Rome

The room was a little damp

It was perfect! The place is beautiful, super confortable and clean. Tatiana, the host is very kind and always willing to help. Very well connected with the metro and bus stations only three blocks away.

I had an excellent experience during my recent stay in Rome. Our host, Tatiana, was exceptionally helpful—she went above and beyond to explain every detail to ensure our comfort. Mid-stay, she even took the time to clean our room and change our bed sheets, which was greatly appreciated. Every day, we enjoyed a light breakfast featuring biscuits and various other treats that added a delightful touch to our mornings. The apartment also boasts a very organized kitchen, making it convenient for meal preparation. Although the property is a bit removed from the city center, its proximity to metro stations made exploring Rome extremely easy. Overall, the rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Rome!

The rooms are new and look very nice (just like in the pictures). I can honestly say that it is the cleanest place I have ever stayed, without any exaggeration. There is also an area where morning coffee and/or breakfast can be served. The apartment is located very close to the bus station and the subway. As for Tatiana, she is a super host. During the 4 days we stayed in the apartment, she took care of every detail and was available for anything.

Everything was perfect, even better than I expected. Clean, comfortable, 3 mins from the metro station. Tatiana was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay at Alissa Suite Dream B&B apartment! It was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fresh. The bed and pillows were comfy. The ample storage with drawers and closets was a plus, and the provided amenities like good WiFi, a TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar stocked with drinks for the first day. We loved the open area where we enjoyed our morning coffees. The host was friendly, supportive, and always available to help via WhatsApp. She personally welcomed us and walked us through everything. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and toaster, plus there were always sweets, coffee, and tea available. The location was great: just a 3-minute walk to the metro station and 4 minutes to the bus station, with another metro station only 10 minutes away. We could easily reach the city center quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

The place is in a great location, close to metro to acess all tourist areas, great resturants in the area. And ths host is very friendly and helpful!

Alissa suite Dream is brand new accomodation spotless comfortable exceptional really. It is so close to the metro 3min walk. The hospitality of tatiana was superb she was so helpful and kind. The accomofation provided coffee tea and free drink and water for first night. Airconditioned room beautiful lighting in bathroom and bedroom. Tv and internet. Secure and nice seating area outside. Kitchen provided microwave kettle cutlery and delph.

Just that the tv in the next room is loud if on.
