Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IcelandThere is an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere among the staff, and towards customers, in this lovely hotel. I don't think I've ever been more happy with the service anywhere. Location is great - close to the train station but also Mercado Centrale and the city center in general. For some reason I got a family room so I could have invited 2-3 people to stay :-) And I received some other very pleasant surprises that I won't specify here, as that might build some expectations from other guests and possibly these are not standard practice.

ColombiaThe rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom, modern and spacious. The entrance to the building and the elevator reminded us that we are in a very old city. This is not necessarily bad. On the contrary. It stresses the point that the hotel itself is in excellent condition and that the facilities have been very well taken care of. As for the staff, from the moment we walked out of the elevator, Cristiano was there to greet us warmly. Leonardo went out of his way to fulfill a request of mine. Fiorella prepared a delicious coffee for us. Fatwua was very kind at the breakfast bar. We felt very well treated by the whole staff. It is a place that I will recommend for its location and comfort, but specially for the staff.

AustriaThe hotel safe is not attached and lightweight - so it is easy to carry. No Wifi info in the room
The location is absolutely perfect for access to the train station SM Novella and the T.2 tram to the airport. There is a bar next door open early and late and the hotel team is extremely helpful, provided me with water without fussing around of charging me for it and provided coffee when I had to leave before breakfast started. The day shift concerige greeted m walkin in to the building when I left.

AustraliaThe staff at Hotel Alinari are exceptional. They are incredibly warm and thoughtful, making our stay very special. We celebrated my husband's 40th during our stay and Cristiano and Romina were so kind to organise a cake at breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room offer a wide and indulgent range of options, in a warm and friendly manner - the best way to start the day. We made a last minute change of hotel bookings and as we were travelling with our three young kids, Cristiano was able to find a great solution to arrange a connecting room to accommodate our family. We really appreciate his care and consideration for our requirements.

United StatesThere was some construction going on in the building/ near the building. They started a bit earlier in the day than we'd be up. And there was some street noise in the morning as well. We brought earplugs with us, so we slept without any problems after using them.
The staff was amazing. The breakfast was spectacular: it was a massive spread daily. The room was clean. The hotel was near the main sights. Would highly recommend this place.

ArgentinaEverything was excellent from beginning to end. I traveled with my mother. The room was very comfortable, everything clean and cozy. Cristiano was very attentive with both of us, taking care of everything we need. The breakfast was one of the best in my life. It was very complete: different kind of croissants, all of them very delicious, bread, every kind of fruit, yogurt, etc. Coffee, omelette and other kind of fruits are served by waitress. Everything was very very tasty. The location is great, a few minutes away from the train station and walking distance to the main attractions. WiFi was very fast, I needed it for work. I could also work in the dining room where the connection is even faster.

Everything was perfect. The room was perfect- clean, lovely large modern bathroom, even had a view over the bell tower and cathedral. Location was perfect- 2 minutes walk from the railway station and only 10 minutes walk to the historical heart of this city. The best thing though, was the wonderful staff. Cristiano went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. The breakfast was truly exceptional. I could not recommend this hotel more highly.

IrelandThe twin room that we booked was actually a double room with a camp bed added so it made the space in the room a bit tight. The tiled floors meant that there was a lot of internal noise when people were coming and going early in the morning and the cleaning staff were at work.
The location is great - beside the train station and a short (<10 min) walk from all of the tourist attractions. It’s spotlessly clean and the shower was powerful and hot. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any queries and the breakfast, even though it wasn’t included in the price we chose, was great.
