We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! Clean, well-maintained apartment in a very quiet location. A baby cot was lent to us. Toiletries and all kitchen utensils were available. Sheets and towels were included in the price. In front of each apartment there is a sitting area with a view of the sea and parking in a private parking lot. We were very satisfied and didn't even want to leave. 🙃

Beautiful property. Very quiet location, no dogs barking all the time, no parties, no thumping music. There is the main road at the end of the driveway, but it didn't bother me. You can see the beach from the property, and access is just across the street next to an RV campground. Apartment spotlessly clean, pleasant layout, bed one of the best I've ever stayed in, couch very comfortable, and the air conditioner COLD. There is a common room downstairs with a GREAT coffee machine and soda in the fridge (both for a small fee). Beyond that, Valentina is an excellent host -- when I arrived with an ill child, she and the other guests (Italians) did everything they could to ensure he was all right and comfortable. Valentina's mother even took the time the next day to get us groceries, knowing that I had to remain with my son. There is not much more one can ask for in a host and property.

The only negative for me (NOT a criticism) is that I could hear what people were doing in the other apartments -- chair dragging from above, bathrooms from the sides. But this is a problem almost everywhere and it was quiet enough after 11PM. If this sort of noise bothers you, I would book one of the top floor apartments.

Love the peace and quiet, clean and neat villa close to everything

We booked this 24 hours before arriving, and got an excellent rate, so can't complain, but if we had paid more we may have been a little disappointed. The apartment was easy to find, and well located for a short walk across the main road to a beautiful beach. There is a comunal area, with washing facilites and extra kitchen space/equipment, but that does feel a little less exclusive and more campsite vibes. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a 'short' stay. We had the smallest apartment, the large double bed was super comfortable, there is also a single bed in the same air conditioned room which would be handy for children, but not ideal in the same room, there is wardrobe storage. Whilst it was comfortable and clean, and found the very tiny shower a challenge, and the kitchenette was just 2 burners so not really any good for self catering. We only stayed 3 nights, we booked for 4 but decided to move on early as we had seen everything we wanted to in the area. Communication from the hosts is good, and I am sure they would be happy to help with any issues at short notice.

Unfortunately you can hear a lot of noise from the other apartments, chairs scraping on the floor and every toilet use/flush and shower use (if you book the large apartment with upstairs bear this in mind for those below you). The grounds were not very well kept with loads of weeds all around the garden and particularly in the covered seating areas. We also had to ask other residents to lend us a corkscrew and and extra mug! The small shower in the one bedroom apartment is so small you will find it claustrophobic and hard to even turn around in. Although listed as self catering, 2 burners in the kitchen and nothing else does not make it easy to cook, and whilst there are shared facilities this isn't what we look for in a self catering apartment. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom, so the sitting/kitchen area is very hot.

We had a lovely vacation and we hope to come back again. The owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do and where to enjoy true sicilian culture and cuisine. The apartment has everything a family needs for a vacation and was spotless clean. The property is located outside the village, in a very quiet and charming area. Perfect for recharging the batteries!

The entrance should have better signs as it is almost hidden and difficult to get in.

The hotel was very close to the sampieri beach. The owners were very friendly.

The room is not very luxurious and the shower was too small for comfort.

We hadn't met the host, the bathroom ceiling was low, and the bird's poop was all over the balcony.

First of all I would like to say that Valentina, Omar and Giusy are the best host team ever! Thank you very much for your kindness, support and open hearts! Host team was very caring and always ready to help: they kindly met us on the Sampieri station, then gave us a drive to the huge supermarket in order we can buy food for 2 weeks stay, found for us car rent, helped to find excursions to Etna, orginized our transfer to the airport for free. I would say they treated us as family members , not as a guests! Apartments were very clean, comfortable and well equipped, perfectly suit for two families with kids. We rented second floor apartments with 2 bathrooms and a sea view. When I wrote well equipped I mean that we were provided everything that we may need to the tiny detail: olive oil, mosquito fumigators, sun umbrellas, beach towels, clothes dryer and clothespins, powder and conditioner for washing machine… these are small and simple details but they make you feel comfortable. All the guests were welcome to use huge kitchen and a bbq zone as well as calmness garden with hammocks. Sea is 5 minutes walk. The sandy coast is perfect for kids. If you get bored to lay down on the beach you can take a walk by rocky coast. Small supermarket Spar is 10 minutes walk. They bake very tasty bread:)

The apartment has everything you need for a holiday (kitchen, hair dryer, AC, TV, etc.). There is also a common kitchen available as well as a shower that you can use after you return from the beach. Parking is in front of the villa. It is located in a quiet area, close to the beach, about 5 min walking distance. The host is nice and let us check in earlier on arrival, which we very much appreciate. There was also a free welcome pack with some snacks and water. Coffee, sugar and oil are also provided.
