Fabiana, the receptionist, was always available and attentive from the very first day, making sure every need was taken care of. She was also very thoughtful in keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. Her kindness and dedication made my experience even more special.

You won't find a regular chair or table, but if you don't want to spend the whole day in the room working, it's absolutely not a problem. The shower cabin is small, and it only has rainfall shower, but it's also not a huge problem.

It's a hotel run by women, you can reach them on what's up literally 24/7. They can help in everything, feel free to ask anything anytime and they will respond in a few minutes. :) Location is perfect: absolutely safe area (even for a lady traveling alone), and everything is close, you just walk a few minutes and find amazing places like Piazza di Spagna or Fontana di Trevi (metro station and bus stop is close as well). The single room was tidy, and had a nice smell. The bed was really comfortable (and not single size), and i liked the hard pillows. The window was looking on other's balcony, but the perfectly covering courtains gave privacy (and the window was noiseproof). The size of the room is comfortable, you don't have the mousehole feeling. Please note: the mini fridge is enough only for 2 small (0.5L) bottles, not a classic size minibar. There are no shelves for clothes, no classic table or chair, so if you want to work, or travel with a lot of baggages, maybe it's not the right place for you. But if you want to go out, and experience the best of the city by just a little walk, then you can't find better in this price range. ;) The bathroom is fully equipped: you will have hairdrier, ealplugs, shower cap, shower gel, soap etc. There's a toilet and a bidet and lots of towels, changed daily. The shower cabin is small and you'll only have rainfall shower. I actually hate this type of shower, but despite of this, i will give 10m10,and would choose again this accomodation, because the communication and helpfulness is far above the avarage. And they have a complimentary corner with juices, water, and coffee. The communication was fast and esay, no matter what time I initiated it. They gave a box of spaghetti as a gift.

Great location, walking distance to Trevi fountain and endless restaurants and cafes. The room was very clean (cleaned every day) there is also a kitchen which has a proper coffee machine, filtered water (and sparkling water on tap) plus a variety of tea bag’s and biscuits too! The ladies who run the hotel were amazing, they went above and beyond to help me, even after I left the hotel. I can’t thank these ladies enough ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights. I went to see friends in other area of Italy and decided to visit Rome solo for few nights. I have chosen this accommodation mainly based on good reviews. And they were true. It has amazing location and friendly staff. I felt very safe here, even so girls at reception finish in the afternoon. Unfortunately I fell ill one day and had to stay in. Was on wifi all day watching movies and not once wifi was down. Aircon was spot on too. I always sleep with air plugs at hotels, so cant complain about any noise. Room had plenty of towels. Enjoyed the nespresso machine. Would recommend this little hotel :)

The light in the bathroom was too bright for my liking. Another smaller/weaker light would have been nice.

Sabina and Fabiana were so helpful! The communication through WhatsApp helped us prepare before we arrived, and they filled out the necessary documents and arranged a taxi for us, making our stay nice and easy.

I highly recommend this place: the staff courteous and helpful, I got all the necessary guidance. I took advantage of the recommended restaurant a few minutes from the apartment, it was delicious. The rooms are bright, clean and give the impression of being new. In addition, very many key places close, you can walk or take the nearby subway. For a quick getaway for me it was perfect. Greetings, too, to the ladies at the front desk, who always chatted with a smile. I have nothing to complain about ☺️

I wish I could rate this property more than 10. I had a 5-week Europe trip, and this was by far my favourite stay of my entire trip. Not only did the staff make me feel extremely welcome, but they were incredible helpful, sending maps of things to do and good breakfast spots in the surrounding area. They also go out of their way to make it a smooth and comfortable stay- even offering to keep my luggage if I needed to keep them somewhere before my train out of Rome. I will DEFINITELY return and I will tell all my friends to stay here. The AC, clean room and fridge with free juices and coffee added to an unforgetable experience. Thank you so much! I am so glad I stayed here for my recent trip to Rome. The reviews are true! The staff were so nice and went above and beyond in being helpful and communicative about every aspect of my stay. Daily cleaning of rooms, working AC, WiFi, free Nespresso and filtered water. The location is fantastic, easy access to the Metro and a 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. Highly recommend!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Ignore any negative comments because there is NONE! The room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed and more! Lovely touches like chocolates when the rooms made each day, fresh towels, bottle to fill with water using the self serve bar which had a tap serving filtered water at room temp, cold and sparkling. Biscuits, a coffee machine with nespresso pods and fridge with milk and fruit juice. The location was perfect right between the trevi and Spanish steps, we walked everywhere apart from the train from airport to termini and then we walked to the hotel but you could get the metro to Barberini from the train station and it was only two stops away. 15-20 mins walk from piazza navona which was our favourite area of Rome! 30 mins from the colosseum and 40 mins walk from Vatican! If you’re looking at this hotel book it! You won’t regret it!

There is nothing I did not like.

We loved the location! Central to everything. We loved the hospitality from the staff. They were over the top helpful and very clear and took the time to explain everything so it was efficient. They went above and beyond when I needed help. Very clean. Loved it all around. And it had Netflix!
