Only niggle was the slow draining shower, which limited the time you could have a shower for, before it overflowed!

A fine, modern hotel located in the very heart of Rome! The staff were delightful and exceedingly helpful. The rooms were quite large and well-appointed. A nice breakfast on the scenic rooftop provided an invigorating start to each day!

Extremely loud at night, garbage trucks & trucks that wash the streets come every night. It’s very loud when they come through, when they throw bags of glass in the trucks. Even though the location is prime and the ambiance at night is amazing, you will hear tourists walk by at night. It’s not ideal for a light sleeper. The second thing I didn’t like was the menu selection at the rooftop bar.

Everything was great

We spent a night in Rome with our family, we booked last minute, the hotel was excellent, brilliant location in the middle of town, we walked everywhere. The team there were all really friendly and helpful. The room was fab. The highlight was the roof terrace, what a fantastic spot for evening drinks, and amazing for breakfast the next morning too.

It's in a very touristy area, so it can get a little hectic, but nothing surprising tbh. This is like near the timesquare of Rome, so it's expected.

location is central, 5 min walk to Pantheon, it's super lively and has a lot of people. It's very safe in the heart of Rome. It's nice because when it's super hot out, I can always find my way back to my hotel to chill within 10-15 min walk.

The breakfast wasn't very good at the hotel. But there was a great cafe right across the street. So I would not order breakfast to be included with your stay.

this is our second time here in 2 years. We love the location of the property. Its literally minutes from all the main sites. The rooftop terrace is exceptional - we had friends staying in other hotels, but everyone came here for a pre dinner drink and nibble before heading out each evening. breakfast up there also very enjoyable each morning. Front desk staff are exceptional and so happy to always welcome you. They helped us book transfers, print out documents etc. they were terrific. its a great place to stay.

No complaints from our stay but is important to know that if there are mobility issues, this property does have stairs even after elevators. Air conditioning is questionable as we found it was often cooler to just open the windows to have a breeze.

They wouldn’t accommodate slightly early check-in, so we had to wait until 3 PM, which was a bit inconvenient after traveling. Be aware if your flight is landing earlier in day. Still, the staff was kind, and the overall experience was positive.

My husband and I started here for our honeymoon. We were in the perfect area - easy walking distance to Vatican City, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and more. There were plenty of great shops and restaurants just steps from the hotel. The room was small, as expected, but very clean and comfortable with a queen bed. The staff was kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed the rooftop for drinks or a light dinner. A great stay overall!
