Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryWe were cold a little bit during the night (air conditoner was set to 25c but the temperature was even much less). There was only a sheet instead of a blanket. In the gardrobe I find a blanket and covered the kids but there was only one so finally I put the towels on me.
Nice hotel, if we are not cold during the night I would rate it higher.

PolandOur room was located in a far distance from the reception. To get there you had to take the lift to 1sr floor, move from one part of the building to the other and than take the stairs to the 3rd floor. It was quite annoying.
The restaurant was amazing. We had lovely time with delishes meals during our late dinner. Moreover other guests informed us that they always stay in this hotel travelling to and back from holiday because of the high restaurant quality.

Czech RepublicThis hotel was quite a pleasant surprise for a 3 star hotel. The room was very nice and cozy. They have unbelievable comfortable beds and pillows. I appreciated this a lot after a full day travelling on motorcycle. They have as well a restaurant, which serves great food.

Austria- plastic uncomfortable bed sheet, uncomfortable bed even if it has spring mattress - noisy air conditioner - small, narrow shower, it is for children not for adults - noisy cleaning staff early in the morning (you can not sleep) - not soundproof room - empty minibar - you have to pay extra costs when your children use existing bed (not for extra bed) in the room - different/other room price, it is not what you have booked on booking.com
