Atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming by all the staff, breakfast choice was quite good aswell. Great place for a family close to train station and ferry port to use as a base to explore lake Garda districts.

Only the rather noisy location

This is a family-run hotel and the friendly service and attention to detail were excellent. My single room was small but spotless and comfortable. The hotel is situated at a busy intersection, not the prettiest but would be convenient if touring the area by car and there is parking. Twenty mins walk to the lake, most direct route along busy roads but you can branch off to the prettier little old parts of Desenzano, worth investigating. The breakfast was wonderful and generous. I was greeted on my first morning and the buffet explained to me. They even helped me find a taxi to the station when I left.

Very great staff, so smiling and always ready to help. Thank you. Special mention to Simona, a real passionate person for hospitality. Room was confortable, services like swimming pool very well maintained. Location is okay. I advise, if you don’t have any car I recommend to rent a bike. But anyway you’re not too far from the city center. Thank you for this amazing experience.

Lovely hotel , great value, very clean, great location, only about 10 minutes walk to the town centre and about 10 to 15 minute walk to train station. My single room had a small balcony overlooking pool/garden. I had no issues with road noise. Bonus, little fridge and air conditioning and safe. My friend's room was a double with small balcony and she also loved her room. Beds very comfy, rooms very clean. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice from bacon, scrambled eggs to cereal, yogurts and various pastries and cold meats and cheese. The one special thing about this hotel, is the staff. The maids were amazing and front desk were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had time to help us with our plans. Special thanks to Simona who helped from the booking process until we left, the staff are the true stars and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody.

BIG MINUS Poor noice cancellation in rooms faced to a busy road, traffic noise gets in disturbingly (single person in a room with double bed) Slept with noice cancelling headphones. Not a problem in penthouse studios in upmost floors - rooms toward backyard probably better but did not stay in these. Inside spaces a bit poorly lit, cant see where to stick keys. BREAKFAST Breakfast did not contain any vegetables, expected for this price bit more on the table than just coffee, croissants and fruits. Many pastries and only egg and cheap sausage as warm meal, not close to international breakfast. Minimal.

Cleanliness, well cleaned and option to have cleaning every day, Pools in excellent condition and enough space to swim around. Small sized, comfy hotel, feeling of privacy due to smaller size. ROOM Single person rooms with double bed - has a safe and wardrope. small room/small shower.(not the most decorated/modern rooms for those looking for fancier and comfier, but beds are good) Not dirty, well cleaned. LOCATION Excellent location near good restaurants and supermarkets, less than kilometer to Desenzano center area and a bit more to nearest beach. 1,2 km. Friendly and super nice customer service, they know the area well. Ask for restaurant recommendations. Parking space to those with cars and vehicles.

Location for travellers was great, a few mins from main motorway connections and around 10-15 mins from town centre. Hotel is very clean, includes a good selection for breakfast and offers a pool which was great to chill out around after a hot day on the beach/exploring. We travelled by train to Verona one day (20mins) and Venice for a few night at the end of our stay from Desenzano station which is around 15mins walk from hotel. The staff were amazing, couldn't have been more helpful with recommendations on where/when to visit. Great waterboat service around the entire lake from harbour.

My only improvement would be the fridge in the room not keeping things cold.

Very friendly staff and we felt very welcome. The pool is clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Good and tasty breakfast with a lot of choice! Close to the center (walking distance) of Desenzano. We really enjoyed our stay here!
