I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Al Ponte Del Papa B&B. The hosts, Danilo and Giulia made me feel completely at ease. They provided such thoughtful recommendations that I could practically picture everything about my trip before I arrived. They literally sent me pictures/ videos of where I could park and how to access things and even answered all my questions regarding rest of my trip. Regarding the room, there is a dedicated AC which was great. I had a great night sleep. The cozy patio with all the beautiful plants specially my favorite monstera plant with the wonderful fresh homemade breakfast that kept my heart and body full was truly unforgettable experience.

Hosts are super sweet and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The location is perfect, next to the Vatican, near the city center, but pretty quiet at night and safe. Overall perfect for a city break!

This is a special place. From the time I booked I felt like I was being cared for. The host and hostess bring warmth and comfort to a large international city. All questions and concerns were addressed and our stay in Rome was wonderful. The location to the Vatican is about a 5 minute walk. The subway is maybe 10 minute walk and easy to navigate. The breakfast was amazing, I am gluten free and had wonderful breakfast without worrying about my diet. I would recommend this lovely gem to all!

Danilo and Giulia were truly exceptional hosts who always went above and beyond. Danilo was in touch as soon as I’d booked and was the most responsive, helpful and kind host who made sure I was safe and found everything OK, which I really appreciated as a solo female traveller. Giulia was so lovely and welcoming and I honestly felt like I was staying with friends. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts on the terrace were delightful and the kitchen was immaculately clean and a lovely space to get a cup of tea in the evening. The location was fabulous and meant I could walk to St. Peter’s Square in only 5-10 minutes. I would love to come back!

The towels were a bit rough and had some little holes, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Very near from point of interests, train station and with a stunning view of Vatican Dome. The host is very helpful, generous and cooks well.

Great small B&B located just outside the Vatican City. Short walk to St Peter's Square with easy access to public transport, (buses and trains). Good restaurants, cafes and take ways within easy walking distance. Very helpful, communicative staff with a lovely breakfast. They helped to make our stay even more memorable. Open access to the kitchen and small outside terrace was also very welcome. Thank you :)

Hosts Danilo & Gulia were very friendly and helpful. As soon as I booked, they contacted me, offering assistance and advice. I spent two wonderful nights at 'home' . The accommodation is very central to all the sights i wanted to see. The breakfast was well thought out & perfect for me. The garden outside was beautiful, perfect to rest and enjoy your coffee after a full day in Rome .

We spent a wonderful two nights there! 😍 Owners were super friendly, helpful immediately after reservation. They prepared every morning fantastic breakfast! 🤗 Apartmant has everything you may need, you can make coffee or tea during the day. It’s easy to find, perfect location. Good walking distance in Rome everywhere. Easy check-in and check-out. Big help with keeping our baggage before and after staying there. I can highly recommend this place! 🤗

I had an amazing stay here. I really appreciated the communication and the wonderful breakfast. They both went the extra mile to ensure I felt safe and happy being a solo traveller. Danilo was always easy to reach and was open to answering any questions or concerns I had. Giulia and Danilo had breakfast ready for me to take away when I had a packed schedule which was very kind!

Danilo and Julia were so friendly and helpful, giving lots of suggestions about how to get around.

No place to relax outside the room except the kitchen but this wasn’t a real problem.

Danilo and Gulia were amazing hosts. They were very accessible by WhatsApp as soon as we booked to provide recommendations and helpful information. They made us a full cooked breakfast and coffee every day. We had access to the kitchen at other times. The location was very convenient for visiting the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. We were such a short walk to the Vatican security line that we were able to have a memorable visit for Christmas without too much trouble. Close to bus/train stops and walking distance to the center and Trastevere. The room was clean and comfortable with firm mattress, good heat, and good water pressure in the shower.

There is not really anything I would change about our visit. If you are not interested in the Vatican or St. Peter's this might not be the ideal location for you.

The directions were clear to pick up the keys and to unlock the doors. The room was larger than expected and I they supplied everything I needed! I had a big and delicious breakfast every morning! Danilo was excellent at communicating and even helped me catch the train to the location and made it stress free! Upon arrival Guilia handed me a map and gave me several locations to visit and see that were in walking distance such as, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Colosseum etc... I felt safe at all times and if I needed anything they were there to help. Danilo also helped me coordinate the taxi to the airport so it was stress free. I'll definitely be back!

Super friendly hosts feel you like at home. Great breakfast and nice decoration will surprise you. Ultra high value for the money paid. Overall, amazing experience, Must try if you visit Rome!

It was a pleasure from the start to the end of our stay at Al Ponte Del Papa. I did not want to leave. Danilo and Giulia were kind, helpful and thoughtful. I could not have asked for more. The breakfasts were delicious and having the use of the kitchen and terrace made the experience even greater. I would highly recommend this b & b, which is a short distance from the breathtaking Vatican.

There is nothing to say here, as I liked everything.

Wonderful host and hostess-very friendly, good English, helpful guides to the city, responded quickly to texts about what to do and how to go. Clean room and breakfast in a beautiful outdoor space filled with green plants.

Toilet did not always flush efficiently.
