We loved our stay here! Everything was wonderful, the rooms are spacious enough, spotlesly clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. The garden area wit the pool is wonderful, breakfast is delicious with the option to rotate it daily if you prefer something else. They even prepared an extra bed for our 4 year old which was a beautiful surprise. She enjoyed the swing and the treehouse, we also noticed extra toys and board games near the reception. Big parking spaces. Clear instructions on how to get the keys and enter the property when checking in late. The hospitality of the family... 10/10 We'll be back.

It would be useful if the rooms that do not have a terrace have the possibility to put wet laundry to dry.

This place is heaven on earth! From the moment you step onto the property, you will sink into a zen oasis of peace, surrounded by wonderful nature and a pool for relaxation. Here, every detail has been thought of, so that guests can enjoy their stay - a perfect lawn, playground and toys for children, a balance beam and sunbads to enjoy the Sun, a delicious breakfast when they serve homemade jam and fruit picked in the orchard that morning. (You can buy homemade products and wines for your friends as gifts). The hosts are wonderful people, always smiling and ready to please their guests. We really felt wonderful and extended our stay longer than planned. (Note: there is no noise in the rooms facing the street either. Don't worry.)

There was only 2 big towels in the room, but I need one for my hair and one for my body and my partner did not get any. But if I asked, then we got it. Also the blanket was really thin but the weather was cold and it was freezing some nights. Would be nice to have two blankets. We asked but we did not get another.

Overall it was really nice. Big garden with pool. Not heated and it was freezing. But the garden was amazing. No restaurant at the place, but 5 minutes walking was nice authentic restaurant and farm with animals. Really nice. Big grocery store 2 minutes with car and biggest shoping centre 5 minutes. But at first the location seemed like in wrong turn movie. Next to highway and small abandoned streets. But it locates like thist you dont see or hear highway.

Breakfast is very good and freshly prepared, based on the preferences indicated in advance. Staff is super friendly with families and very accommodating. The pool and the garden / farm are tidy and well maintained. Free spacious parking.

It’s a little bit difficult to get to main desenzano without a car, however this is not the fault of the hotel, just a note to people when booking. We did manage to get around with taxi’s and had an amazing time.

On arrival the location is a little off putting as you get to it via an industrial site but once you arrive, it is like a little oasis surrounded by gardens and trees so you no longer notice. It is very close to the highway but we couldn't hear the noise from the room due to the thick glazing

The breakfast was good, plenty of it. Dori the host was amazing. So helpful and always in hand, she never stops. The gardens and pool were beautiful and well kept. Loved that the sunbeds are numbered to match your room so you always know there will be beds available at any time.

The highway is very close to the place and so you would hear the vehicles, especially during the rush hours.

The staff was very nice, helpful and understanding. Amazing pool and sunbathing area, beautiful green area around the facilities. There is a great traditional Italian restaurant fee hundred meters from the property ( not opened every day, check the timelines on Google). Also if travelling by car you would find quite a few great wineries in close proximity (up to 20km).
