Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing!
The breakfast was very nice. Gianluigi made sure all our needs were taken care of and he was very helping! he even made some very nice suggestions on places to visit or recommendations for restaurants. Besides the breakfast and the kind host, the place was very clean and spacious.

WiFi in the room was to slow to stream movie.
Owner was really friendly and accommodating.The room was spacious.The owner of property asked us about allergies for breakfast … we wanted savory breakfast instead of typical Italian and he provided us with it! We also asked earlier check in and it was possible ..

The host was amazing! He speaks good English and gave us many tips for restaurants and special events. We are travelling with our little daughter and he even brought a microwave so we could heat up her pasta. Breakfast is in a beautiful room, but be aware it’s an only sweet selection (as normal in Italy). Homemade yoghurt. Location is very convenient to walk into the old town and to the harbour .

2 rooms had a shower but our room had a step up into a bath shower which was a bit difficult for over 65’s
The location was amazing, the room was very spacious, the coffee shops and restaurants around were fabulous and very close to the water. Jean the host was very helpful and friendly. The stay in Trani was excellent.

The kindness of the host has been unique. I have never found such a welcoming and kind person in many years. I think this is the strong point of the property, together with the location. Indeed, the location is very close to the harbor and the old city, as well as all the main cultural attractions in Trani. Cleanliness and the italian-style breakfast were also good.

All great!!
The property is located close to the old town and to the railway station. It is clean, comfortable and breakfast was very good. Our host, Gianluigi was wonderful; so helpful and kind. He had some great suggestions about places to visit in Trani.

Soap dispenser by vanity empty end the bath one almost empty
Perfect location, no need for a car to access the touristic areas. Good breakfast. Perfect guest. All day coffee and cold water to drink.

We had a wonderful welcome from the owner who came to greet us on the street and helped me with my bag.. Very safe , Steps from everything. Lots of choice for breakfast. Delicious fresh pastries

Unfortunaly we had some rain. I think only the sun could have made our stay better, the rest was perfect for a B&B in this price range.
Very warm & extremely friendly welcome. The host gave us useful information about the City center, interesting places to go and where to find nice restaurants. The B&B has a very good location nearby shops and the old city centre. The room was nice and clean and also the bathroom was very spacious. The big terrasse overlooks a nearby square, and I think is very lovely to sit there in the sun. Unfortunaly we only had rain... The breakfast was extensive with a variety of different options. Good coffee ☺️

We stayed at Agora for 3 days. Agora has a good location. The room was nice and well equipped,had a good bed and acces to a big terrace. The host was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. There was an extra room where you could make coffee and tea and get fresh cold water.

All was good.
