This is such a lovely place with an adorable host. We were greeted very warmly and had a lovely room. It was spacious, clean and air conditioned. Parking is right in front of the house as well as the pool. The breakfast is lovely and the fresh coffee specialties each morning a bless. Would highly recommend as a place to get to cinque terre and down the coast.

The room was quite small and dark. During our stay the nearest restaurant which is owned by wife of rooms provider was getting closed, because of “holiday”, what complicated having a dinner nearby. Therefore, we had a dinner there just our first night and there was really, very pleasant real village atmosphere. Big disadvantage is Italian language only with landlord.

The breakfast was Italian style, coffee with fresh croissant supplemented by focaccia. fresh fruits, but no meat no cheese no eggs. But generally tasty and sufficient. The Haus lord is very kind and helpful person.

Good location to town and city transportation. Alessandro was the perfect host and catered to our every need. Also, the property was gated and felt very secure, although the area was quite safe anyway.

Breakfast could be a bit more varied. There was toast, focaccia, croissant, muesli, kiwi, natural yoghurt, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Would have liked some more fruit and different yoghurts. Hot water in the shower took a very long time to arrive so a lot of water is wasted.

Room was clean, very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Room is cleaned daily. The accommodation is not in the centre but in a very nice and quiet area. Bus no. 3 stops just a few metres away from the accommodation. Restaurant of owner's wife just down the road serves very nice food. Wifi is very good.

Fantastic location. Near bus final stop #3 so that you can go anywhere from there. The room is perfectly clean, large and comfortable. The landlord: Alessandro is very nice and helpful. He always gives you best recommendations for food&drink or leisure. The house is located in very quiet area with villas and the nice panorama on the city. Breakfast was perfect- fresh bread and tasty siders.

Depending on transport the location is a bit out of town. Easy to get to with car or bus/buying tickets during normal hours. But arriving late in the evening I had a bad experience with taxi from the station.

Very nice room with lovely decor and very good facilities. Very friendly and attentive host. Good breakfast which was served outside in the garden with very pleasant views. Guesthouse was quite easy to access once I worked out the bus.
