Best possible location with a seaside view and short walk to the nearby charming Old town with plenty of restaurants. Lovely service by the owner and her husband, with a great breakfast served every morning which could be had on the balcony. Really fresh and renovated accommodation, with great daily cleaning by nice staff. Plenty of parking spots in the neighbourhood around the building.

We really liked the location (close to the very nice beach and the old town), there is quite a lot parking space near the property (street parking, 7-10euros per day) and the room was really clean which I highly appreciated. Nice Italian breakfast which you can enjoy indoors or on your room balcony. Flora, the owner, is really nice and gave us some great restaurant recommendations

Balcony is facing on a busy street which did not bother us but if you cannot tolerate a bit of a noise, this may not be best fit for you.

Flora and her husband we're so welcoming. The accommodation was perfect, and a nice touch having breakfast included 💕. We loved our stay ☺️.

Nothing at all.

This is not a hotel. Rather, it is an apartment in a shabby residential building that has been altered to house 4 (5?) rooms with baths. The owner has a narrow window for check-in and even if you comply with the time request, they are not on site when you arrive. If you are lucky, through the kindness of other apartment residents, they will contact the owner who will then have a pajama wearing guest let you into the apartment until the owner arrives. Once the owner does show up, it'll somehow be the guest's fault of not following check in instructions that change after an agreed upon schedule. More importantly, you'll not be welcomed but belligerently told to check your WhatsApp (all the while you were driving). As for the sea view - look out your room and you'll find a rock wall. To see the Adriatic, go out on your tiny balcony and amid the cacophony of motor bikes and cars you can see a sliver of blue. If you book this accommodation you'll be informed parking is under the building. It is not. Parking is on the busy street; that's if you're lucky enough to find a spot. When you inform the owner you will stay one and only one night, be prepared for an onslaught of accusatory texts - some slandering other guests who also had negative experiences.

We liked the location for walking into the old town. The breakfast was good and hosts friendly although I think we had some communication issues with English.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a small problem where we definitely booked on booking.com a "sea view" and got given a back room with no sea view. After discussion, we were then shifted to a front room for the second night. The first room had a blocked basin in the bathroom and the second room had 2 lights that didn't work.

Very nice people...and even a nice breakfast

They advertise a king bed but it’s a queen. When we tried to cancel, they would not refund our money. The pictures make it look spacious but it is tiny. The common area is right outside the rooms of the other guests. This is more like a hostel with private rooms and bathrooms.

Very good and welcoming hosts. On site to greet us and prepare the excellent breakfast. Modern and extremely clean rooms and breakast room. Location is just a street away from the beautiful old town which has very good restaurantsa and bars

The owners were extremely accomodating and friendly. Amongst the nicest Italians you're likely to meet. Could not rate them more highly. We had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect.

The owner was extremely helpful with dinner reservations and other information and suggestions. Loved the heated towel bars. My washed out underwear dried quickly

Hosts were great -Could park my car 24 hours outside the door. Near the beach with easy walk to restaurants and town

The property is well located next to the beach, the staff was very kind and client oriented willing to accommodate all our needs and requests. Next to the city center and lots of restaurants. Only 15 min walking to the bus station to Bari. Spotless clean room and large bathroom.

We had a room with balcony which although had a nice sea view it was also on a noisy street and made it difficult to sleep at night since we are not used to sleeping with air conditioning on. The breakfast was italian, with lots of sweets and less vegetables or sandwich options, or eggs.

Loved our kind hosts, Flora and her husband! Went out of their way to help, even moving their car upon our arrival to give us a free parking spot on the street below hotel. Incredible location next to a gorgeous beach, as well as a few min walking distance to middle of Vieste. Although located in an apt building, our room..one of four in the hotel...was wonderful. Extremely well equipped and comfortable, with side terrace.. delicious breakfasts daily. Especially enjoyed the intimacy of a smaller hotel setting, with ability to connect with our fun and helpful hosts!

It was clean, modern, well equipped, good quality bed, bedding, bathroom and a fridge in the room. It also had a nice balcony with a lovely view. Breakfast was great too and it was in a good location.

The only thing was that it was a bit noisy from the street outside with the window open but we had earplugs and it was fine then. With the window closed, it was quiet and there was air con.

Great location to enjoy Vieste! Walkable to main attractions. Rooms were roomy and had everything we needed.
