Old and not well maintained amenities. Noisy and smell like closed wardrobe. No one at check in during agreed time and had to wait outside. Someone opened the door at 8 am in the morning while sleeping.

Close to main station, so easy to reach everywhere.

I don’t normally use Air Conditioning so it was not a big deal for me but the extra charge for a/c is not something I’d be happy about.

Location super close to the station and the gentlemen who welcomed me was very nice to chat with during check in. Easy smooth process :)

There are some details which can be problem like weak drains, but I guess it's because it's old building.

Central location very convenient, There were towels, clean linen, hairdryer, soap. After arriving we called owner and we didn't wait for him long. We felt safe in the room.

Room unfortunately was not clean enough. We had to change the bed clothes. We didn’t have a feeling of comfort in general. Ok to stay few nights for the price but we advise not to have high expectations. Also if you’re traveling in a heated weather the surrounding area is very chaotic due to the station so there’s a lot of noise if you keep your window open during the night, which you’ll have to because of the temperature. Otherwise you have to pay for AC.

It was quite hard to find the hotel and check in was difficult as it required phoning the hotel staff to have someone come down and provide us with the keys and access information.

The location was perfect - right near Roma termini station and very affordable.

Shower was dirty, there was a lot of strange hair in the drain, which we had to clear , cause water was not going away. Pillows were really bad, we didnt have propper blanket. Much noise right under the window at night , when we were trying to sleep.

Locality was good, almost right next to Termini station, with good distance to almost every monuments we wanted to visit. Wifi connection was relatively good, but could be better.

Near termini. The location was not too far from the center (25min walking) and this neighborhood was much nicer than the other side of termini. There is a/c which was great.

AC was 5e a night and I could swear the room was secretly heated. Seriously though, cheap, and you get what you expect. Would not completely recommend.

No reply from the owner or manager despite often requested. Refused to give back money for double booking on same date despite informing weeks before. The extra room we book was already let to someone else. Therefore they steal money from us. No breakfast were offered while B&B (Bed and breakfast) is mentioned in their services. They require to pay 5 euros per night for air con which we did not use. Communication problem: there's no one to give you info in other languages than Italian, only an old man speaking Italian.

It is a very dark room on ground floor and smells really bad. The house is quite run down and you hear a lot of noise. Unfortunately, the Airconditioning costs 10€ extra per day!!! Also you have to pay 6€ per person per day tourist fee. All in all I would really not recommend this place in Rome!

Old fashion room decoration and furniture

It was very close to Terminale,so we did not lost time searching for transportation,also very close to many city atractions.

Room was stuffy and AC was stuck to 25 ° and won't go higher. I got a headache in the morning due to stuffiness. I would have liked a kettle.

Great location with good food options around. Clean room. Host was responsive when our flush did not work and fixed it quickly. Hot water was there. Hair dryer was there. AC was not charged (some comments said we would have to pay for that)

Hidden additional cost for air conditioning 5euro per night which we were informed of upon check in (despite saying on the booking site that it was included in the facilities). We had to ask for a shower mat to be provided and toilet paper when staying for a total of x4 nights. The closet was filled with unfolded used blankets and used food packaging. Unfortunately in addition to all of this, the property manager we liaised with was not very accommodating.
