The walls are very thin, and if you have loud neighbours or they come back late you can hear them (too) well. You can also hear traffic but it's not terrible.

The staff is really great and helpfull. The location is central to most things you want to see (either on foot or by bus). The airconditiong works very well and keeps your room cool even when you're out.

You will have to take a bus or taxi to visit all attraction spots and restaurants in downtown Rome.. But the good thing is that the bus station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Just make sure you return to hotel before 9pm if you plan to ride a bus. After 9 pm, buses dont run as frequent. We had to ride an uber couple times to return to hotel after late dinner in downtown.

Staff is great! Standard rooms are basic and smaill. But delux rooms are very spacious and freshly updated.

The shower does flood a little if you aren’t careful- just keep an eye on the drain and you will be fine

Louis was an exceptional host, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to provide us the best tips of where to go, what to see, etc. Anything we needed, he was more than accommodating. We received a free upgrade upon check in, late check out without a problem- everything was great from the second we checked in. The cleaning staff was also very kind, and quick to give us extra towels, and made our room feel like new after each night. Everyone here made sure we were taken care of- the amazing location was the cherry on top. 15 min walk to Colosseum with easy bus access right outside. We loved our stay here

Very nice and clean modern hotel just a 15 minute approx walk to the Colleseum. 714 bus stop just across the road to go into the centre of town if needed. Some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful and always ready to offer advice on transport links or places to eat.

Francesco greeted us with an espresso and spent a great deal of time helping us ger oriented to the surrounding area. Facilities were entry clean and all the staff members went out of their way to make us feel at home. Upon leaving we cancelled our Rome hotel for the following week and booked Hotel Valeri to replace it. Five stars. Also the breakfast offered real prosciutto crude not ham that many other hotels offer. Classy place. My new go to hotel in Rome.

10-15 walk from Coliseum. On bus 81 route which went through main sightseeing areas all the way to the Vatican for €1.50. Francisco gave us details of bus and walked us through on a map about 15+ highlights of the city with lots of local knowledge which meant we visited everything we wanted to and more. All staff very friendly and accommodating.
