I have stayed there before and I like the location, the clean room and its proximity to the city center.

Convenien location. Comfortable.

Very small with 2 pieces of luggage without storage space. So moving around the room was a pain. Reuested a minii ifrig. Not available even for an extra charge. Then again there would be no place to put it. Light over the bathroom mirror was there but seemed more for ambiance. To me it seemed a bit pricy..

Room on the street side was unbelievably noisy all nite, until 4 am. We got NO SLEEP, and they didn't tell us that room was unsleepable.

We liked the location, close to sites. I liked the balcony with chair. The bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful when asked. Good sized room and ensuite. Kettle and teabags. Wine glasses. Heated towel rack.

Shower wasn't enclosed. Instructions for operating shower were unreadable. Temperature of shower water fluctuated. Floor may have been cleaned but there were still dust bunnies, and it took three days for the cleaners to remove the peanut under the radiator left behind by some previous guest. Only 4 hangers.

Would have liked coffee machine in room

We didn’t have breakfast but the whole experience was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully done and the staff was helpful and very nice. Loved everything about our quick stay.

Basic room. No phone, room service. Half the lights don’t work and you couldn’t ring reception. No wifi details in room again you had to go down to reception to get details as no phone

Location was perfect on the main street of Reykjavik with a supermarket next door.

Very basic. No fridge for example. Bed was a double, but we had two separate duvets wrapped like sleeping bags. They were too short to even cover the bed. Very odd.

Perfect location, clean room, nice shower, the front desk kindly reserved an airport taxi.

The room was fine but very basic and very expensive..i no coffee in the room, not a nice view out the window. Overall perfectly fine hotel but not amazing.

Central location, 3 blocks 5 min walk to tour pick up drop off bus stop 9. Supermarket is next door. Very convenient.

Location Room Breakfast

This place was the best! We arrived super early and they were able to accommodate our special request to check in. The staff were super friendly and the location was perfect. We were next to a Bonus grocery and on the main drag, so we could walk everywhere we wanted. We had an early dinner at the restaurant on our first night and it was good. The wine was a good deal for happy hour. We would definitely stay here again!

The room didn't have a mini fridge. Otherwise this place was perfect!

Located in central shopping area of Reykjavik. Easy access via bus and close to city Bus Stop #9. Rooms are new, well maintained, and very nice.

A bit expensive, but so is everything in Iceland.
