Shower wasn't enclosed. Instructions for operating shower were unreadable. Temperature of shower water fluctuated. Floor may have been cleaned but there were still dust bunnies, and it took three days for the cleaners to remove the peanut under the radiator left behind by some previous guest. Only 4 hangers.

We liked the location, close to sites. I liked the balcony with chair. The bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful when asked. Good sized room and ensuite. Kettle and teabags. Wine glasses. Heated towel rack.

The room was fine but very basic and very expensive..i no coffee in the room, not a nice view out the window. Overall perfectly fine hotel but not amazing.

Perfect location, clean room, nice shower, the front desk kindly reserved an airport taxi.

Small but convenient and conformable.

Central location, 3 blocks 5 min walk to tour pick up drop off bus stop 9. Supermarket is next door. Very convenient.

The room didn't have a mini fridge. Otherwise this place was perfect!

This place was the best! We arrived super early and they were able to accommodate our special request to check in. The staff were super friendly and the location was perfect. We were next to a Bonus grocery and on the main drag, so we could walk everywhere we wanted. We had an early dinner at the restaurant on our first night and it was good. The wine was a good deal for happy hour. We would definitely stay here again!

A bit expensive, but so is everything in Iceland.

Located in central shopping area of Reykjavik. Easy access via bus and close to city Bus Stop #9. Rooms are new, well maintained, and very nice.

Not much at all. It was a bit loud from the street for a little bit at night, but closing the window helped.

We got upgraded to a city view room, very nice. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Great location, in the centre of Reykjavik.

I had booked a room with a view of the glasshouse but got a different room instead, so I’m not sure if this was better or worse for space and light

Expensive like all properties in Iceland, but much more acceptable because of its location and quality.

Central location in the downtown shopping area of Reykjavík. An up to date “boutique” hotel and very comfortable and up to date.

I think that a few extras would have been great such as coffee, as there was a kettle there with two tea bags, and maybe a bar of soap. Overall I can’t say bad things about the place as the essentials were there…. Including wine glasses for pre dinner drinks 👍

No coffee maker in our room! And it was our first night of our trip so we really needed coffee to help with time adjustment. We asked at the front desk and he said, some rooms have them but not yours. Hm.

Great, central location right in between two great "foodie" restaurants. Comfy, private room and elevator for schlepping bags. Nice front desk and bar area.

The rigidity of the personnel. Nobody ready to help you with the luggage. And ostensibly unwilling! On the other hand, they give you accurate information.

Kettle to make coffee in the room is made of plastic.

Spacious room with a lot of light and large windows, which was nice. Plenty of space where to put our luggage. Comfortable beds. Large shower room. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Pillows were too soft. But bed and other bedding was comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was too dark. There is a bit of mold by the bottom of the shower door that should be addressed and the sink had a slow drain- might need to be checked.

The hotel was in a great location- easy to walk everywhere. Friendly staff and wonderful service at the hotel restaurant. Delicious breakfast and the bar is open a few days a week. I wish the bar was open every night for it was nice to have a night cap after a fun night out.

Very small shower and the kind where water gets all over the floor.

Great location. Nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on site for an additional fee. Restaurants, shopping, grocery store, and tourist information/tour booking literally right outside your front door.
