There was no stove for cooking. Additionally, the cabin was a little smaller than expected and pretty expensive, but I think it provided a very good Icelandic cabin experience.

The location was absolutely amazing. I think it had the best views in Hofn. The host was also extremely helpful and the cabin was very well built and very cozy.

It would be helpful if it were more clearly indicated that you need to wait a bit after taking a shower, as the water heater has limited capacity and you might otherwise run out of hot water. As mentioned, the room is a bit small and there isn’t much space for luggage, but it’s not a problem for a one-night stay.

Very new studio, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Nice view, and even though it's small, it was very comfortable. Wi-Fi works well.

It was a bit hard to find. Google maps was correct, but I wasn't expecting to turn onto a gravel road and then another gravel road before seeing a sign for the guest house. There was also construction going on right by the turnoff, which made locating the site more confusing.

While the owner had provided the lockbox information, she was there when I pulled up and showed me around the little private cabin. While it's not in Hofn, the cabins are well-equipped and you have peace an quiet with a great view of the mountains.

The apartment is new, fresh, clean, and very comfortable. Although the space isn’t large, it is exceptionally well-organized, making it feel spacious and functional. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

There was currently some road construction going on out front which can be seen from the room but it wasn't too bad. When laying in the bed and looking out the door/window, you couldn't see it.

Inside was very clean and cosey with a view out over the mountains. It was raining so hard and very windy the night we stayed but loved the sound of the rain in the wooden room. Bed was comfy and the interior was very nice. A little cramped with 2 suitcases but we made it work. There's a small table that folds down for eating meals or having coffee. There is a nice deck out front which would be perfect to have coffee outside but it was torrential outside. WiFi was really good as well.

The location is amazing, just a short drive to Hofn main center. Also has scenic views all around. Parking is right in front of the cottage. All essential amenities were provided and beds very super comfortable.

A blind on the door in the kitchen for privacy and to stop light from enterring the property.

Great facilities, as advertised. Warm and cozy, we had control over the heating settings which was very welcome after a day spent sightseeing the waterfalls and a trip on the glacier lagoon getting very cold and wet! We were able to dry out our waterproofs and wet gear. Enjoyed the provision of coffee 'bags', very comfortable beds, liked the feather duvets.
