We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe room had small windows, which made it difficult to properly ventilate the space. We were accommodated in the older part of the hotel.
The location of the property was very good. Wonderful view of the bay and mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Despite the room being of an older type, it was well-equipped with hygiene essentials such as cotton swabs, a nail file, and cosmetic pads — which are not standard in some Icelandic hotels.

PortugalThe shower cabin was poorly insulated so a minor flood happened after just two showers, but nothing that turned the bathroom into mess or unutilized. 10 minutes after and all the water gone
Excellent place to stay with a really comfortable beds. The staff was outstanding and the dinner and breakfast at Logan was a good experience. Totally worth it. All together, the landscape, the road trip, the stay and the food, made the experience of traveling thru the northern Iceland totally remarkable

Central location for the town. The staff helped in getting us an extra night we needed. Vehicle had broken down. Nice room with own facility. Good breakfast. Several establishments in the group all eat here so it could get busy but there were plenty of staff to keep things going.

The Hotel has a very good location right in the middle of Isafjördur. All the Staff Members were very nice to us. The rooms are a little older but still very good and the beds were also good. Free Parking close to the hotel with many available spaces.

United StatesThe hallway lights on my floor would struggle to turn on when we passed by the motion sensor. The showers are a bit odd but I expected that to be the case so I wasn't too disappointed by that.
The breakfast was great and included. There's an attached spa. The ambiance in the hotel bar/restaurant is quite nice and it's right along the water which I appreciate.

CanadaThe beds were a little hard for the mrs, although I found them just fine... A fridge in the room would have been great since we became addicted to Skyr over here, but the breakfast more than compensated for that. a safe in the room would have been a nice touch, although given the location I doubt it's needed.
The room was very clean and tidy. Heated towel rails were a bonus and the shower was superb. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection from bacon and eggs to various pastries and doughnuts. The restaurant served good food: I'd highly recommend getting there earlier and trying one of their Italian style pizzas!
