Great kitchen, rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer was great. Loved the coffee in the morning.

One bathroom for three rooms.

Everything was perfect. Really nice and clean place to sleep. Big, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom and living room to spend time togerther.

Lovely comfortable guesthouse with good kitchen and lounge room facilities. We were fortunate to have the place to ourselves so no problem sharing the one bathroom on offer.

The bathroom and kitchen were really nice, clearly new and modern. The lounge space was nice as well. Washer/dryer access was helpful. A few restaurants are within walking distance but all were unfortunately closed when we arrived. However, it was a very short drive to more options.

The other 9 places we stayed sent clear check-in instructions but this one sent nothing - we arrived and there was a sign on the door telling us to park somewhere else and to not knock on the door but call if needed. I had to call to ask for information about getting inside and what room we were in. The host seemed confused/annoyed that I was calling. There is only 1 bathroom, which includes toilet and shower and washer/dryer, for 3 rooms. This might work if you have a big group taking all the rooms, but otherwise it's very inconvenient. Almost all the places we stayed had shared bathrooms, and they were all multiple single rooms with toilets and showers separate. This was fine for one night but I wouldn't stay here for multiple days.

Beautiful place near the river mouth and the ocean, with a touch of history. Very clean and well equiped.

More space for eating would be nice when fully booked -there is only one table for four people in the kitchen.

Parking is available but without signs, you’re uncertain where is OK and where is not. Signs would help.

The four of us were very lucky to have the whole place to ourselves, the third bedroom was unoccupied the night we stayed there. It was very cozy, but I could see how it would feel a little crowded if two more people were there as well. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had what we needed.

The shower leaked, so we had to use a few towels to clean the floors. We also messaged a couple times a few months before our trip and never received a response, but they did respond to our later message the day we were arriving which was nice.

Very clean and recently renovated upstairs accommodation, three rooms, common area with sofas and clean and modern kitchen. Good shower and very nice facilities, pod coffee machine, complimentary home made jam in the fridge. Good and clean beds and pillows. Nearby the shore.

I didn't meet the owner but talked with them in the phone. The outside door didn't lock, so locked the room instead. Very quiet area, not much to do in the town.
