I did not like common bathroom and toilet. There was not power socket at the head part of the bed. No TV.

I liked the location (near the church and near the BSI Reykjavik Bus Terminal). There kas very many eating places near the Guesthouse Andrea (pizza place and local food eating place). Staff was very helpful (helped to find suitable sightseeings) and nice. There was very good Wifi.

It is basic but has all necessary amenities. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Everything was just fine.

We booked the studio with four beds and a private bathroom and it proved to be an excellent choice. The accommodation is located a short walk from the city centre and 2 minutes from the Hallgrimskirkja, with plenty of free parking around. The studio was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was served in a building just around the corner at the Guesthouse Aurora and was very good and varied. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations based on the relatively mediocre ratings and was a very good value for money for Reykjavik and Iceland standards.

The location of the hotel is very central and close to the famous Hallgrimkrijka church. The rooms are small but it serves the basic purpose. The toilets and bathrooms were clean.

Communication with the staff is horrible. I got a bunch of copy and paste messages with unnecessary word vomit, but when I needed info on how to check in and find the place, get towels, etc, radio silence. My messages on WhatsApp are still not read.

Studio was good, its nice that the bathroom is outside of the room, makes the whole place less crowded for 4 people in there. Great loaction and free parking in the city center. Breakfast was good.

The room was too small for four people, which made it feel very stuffy. There was only one bathroom and toilet per floor, and the building itself felt narrow and cramped.

The price was reasonable, and we appreciated having a kitchen available, even if it was small. The location was convenient and easy to find.

I made the reservation days wrong, my mistake. And when I arrived I found out the mistake. So I called the receptionist and he found me an empty room. And he changed the reservation.evrything was very good and the breakfast good.

While overall the experience was great, there were a few things to note. The bathroom had a slight smell, which is common in Iceland due to the geothermal heating system used for hot water, but it wasn’t a major issue. Towels are only provided upon request, though the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in a separate facility, which can get a bit crowded during peak times. Also, there are quite a few stairs to the studio, which might not be ideal if you're carrying large bags. Despite these minor points, it was still a pleasant stay.

The location is absolutely fantastic! We stayed in the studio, which was spacious enough for four people and included the added convenience of a private bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast was included, with a great variety to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Overall, a wonderful experience!
