No table in the room, or space to layout a suitcase. Pretty tight space, but very comfortable.

The location was perfect for us as we were traveling the length of the South Coast. If you’re there in winter, the Northern lights would be amazing (pending cloud cover). Room was comfortable, great breakfast service. Staff made us sandwiches for the road the day we left as we left before breakfast service.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hostel. Ola, the housekeeper, was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hostel itself was well-equipped and clean, which made it a comfortable place to stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay.

Felt very welcomed to this guesthouse, despite spending only 1 night. Ula provided all information for the check-in, as I arrived late in the evening and she was very friendly and helpful the next morning during breakfast. The room was cozy and welcoming. There's parking space in front of the house and the location on the Ring Road was perfect.

We had fridge and kitchen access last visit, this is no longer the case (not a complaint, my fault for not checking, but be aware there are very limited options (zero) locally, so plan for this

Comfortable and clean guest house with a very nice buffet breakfast. There isn't a shared kitchen to use, but there is a dining area where guests can bring things to eat for dinner that don't need to be cooked, or there are a few hotels nearby with restaurants.

We lost track of time driving through iceland so we arrived a little late. But we where welcomed by Ula with open arms. The rooms were nice and breakfast was wonderfull. Great coffee ;) Ula did an amazing job.

They are very safety conscious, and have a lot of porch lights as there are stairs. Fair enough! While this isn’t a bother for the rooms (good blinds and window placements so don’t worry it will be dark enough), it would be nice to have slightly less light to see more of the beautiful sky! But really, we had no complaints for our stay here.

One of our favorite stays! The room was spotless and comfortable, and the guests are very respectful of the 10 pm quiet hours. The breakfast is hands down the best we had in Iceland. We would eat so well we wouldn’t be hungry until mid afternoon! The hosts are delightful and friendly. There are great hikes and views in the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms are really tiny. Quite expensive. When all rooms are ocupied it gets quite busy.

Breakfasts were great! Waffles, homemade pastries, tasty tuna spread... Bathrooms are nice and spacious. Everything was very clean. Nice location close to the lagoons. Owners are kind and helpful.

Owners don't allow you to use kitchen. You can buy breakfast from them. But if you want to prepare your lunch or your own breakfast then you are at the mercy of the staff.

The host was super nice, accommodating our need for an earlier breakfast than the usual starting hours. Bathrooms were big and modern (we were on the lower floor so no problem with stairs). Even though our room was in the spot with most movement, we didn't hear any noise inside the room, it had really nice sound isolation.

The guesthouse was absolutely spotless, and felt like a warm clean haven after a rainy day on the ring road. The breakfast was lovely, with homemade baked goods, homemade smoked salmon and fresh waffles. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming!

Everything was good

The house is extremely clean, nicely decorated and furnished with new and beautiful pieces of furniture. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The host are kind, available and extremely helpful. The atmosphere in the house is lively and cozy at the same time. The homemade breakfast is delicious and filling. Many typical Icelandic dishes available.
