The room is beautiful, breakfast was great. Elevator worked well. Lots of space for luggage, a Nespresso machine was in the room. Great location near the harbor, staff made recommendations for dinner that was wonderful. Bedding was comfortable, clean, etc. the hotel halls were quiet. This really is a great hotel.

One of the nicest receptionist that I met in my life, giving a lot of good advices and having really friendly conversation with us. Excellent and rich breakfast, nice room. The hotel located in unique place :-) Beautiful village around.

I left my keycard in my room when I was leaving (it was supposed to be left at reception) but there was no-one at reception to tell when I left at 8am and I'm not yet showing as checked out even though I messaged... Hopefully that will get resolved!

Guy at the front desk was lovely, gave restaurant recommendations and offered to book one for me. Room was small but I didn't need much space, TV didn't work. V clean rooms, good location. Breakfast was excellent!

Very funny hotel linked to a church where you meet sister moving around ! Reception lady super friendly and helpful ! Breakfast was good. The elevator is a journey, so funny !

The hotel seems to be part of the adjacent senior living / hospital complex and had a medicinal air about it.

Included breakfast had lots of options. Room was comfortable.

No refrigerator in the room. Also no laundry facilities.

We had the family room for 4 people. Good amount of luggage space. Clean and quiet with nice staff. Easy to find and we enjoyed a breakfast before we left.

This was a serene and impeccably clean property. The room and breakfast area were bright and full of light. The reception staff were wonderful and kind. The location was easy to find and right by the harbor.

Room was small, and very warm. Had to prop open the door for a bit to get some air circulation.

Our room was an interior room so we were just looking at another building through the window (so make sure to request a room that looks out at the water or town), and the room was quite warm and stuffy and the window did not open. I did not sleep well this night from waking up several times since it was so warm in the room. Maybe offer a plug in fan during the summer in rooms where the window doesn’t open?

The room was too small to place two big luggages. There was no platform for placing the shower gel and shampoo. They were placed on a plastic chair in the shower room. The room has insufficient power socket.

Staff is very helpful. The weather was very bad during my stay. My car door was broken. The hotel staff helped me to phone to car rental company for assistance. He also suggested me to drive in other way to Hotel Akureyri to avoid the road block due to bad weather. The food was good. The room was facing to the sea. There is a small church inside the hotel.
