It’s very easy to check in and out, they have a lot of parking lot, sleeping in the room is pretty quiet and cozy!

The pillow was too soft

Bedroom was comfy. Convenient bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Kitchen became gridlocked at the entrance due to the 2 fridges. The dining room got very hot, and there's only 2 small windows that can be opened. Keypad entry system for upstairs was unreliable and frustrating at times, so we used the ground floor entrance.

Location is good, room is clean and near to amenities. Nice neighbourhood and surrounding.

Shower gel dispenser is empty in bathroom. Lighting in bathroom can be brighter.

Nothing much

The room is very dim.. not much lights .. surprisingly there is no oven though it’s a hostel..the bread toaster not well maintained and it was dirty.. full of bread crumbs left long .. disgusting .. location is good though .. walking distance to the mall and supermarkets

Kitchen .. and lack of lighting

I liked the spacious bedroom. I enjoyed the big outside area. I found the kitchen and common areas big but cozy.

I did not like the price but then again it is one of the most affordable accommodations in this region at the time.

Excellent place to stay- so clean, comfortable beds, showers are new and looks like in hotel, 24/7 help phone is very convenient and the staff very helpful. There is always a free parking spot. It was our 2nd time there!

A little of from downtown, like 20 minutes walking

Spotlessly clean and cared for by the hospitality team. The shared shower/toilet facilities were high standard. The communal spaces to relax really homely, contemporary and good condition, likewise the lovely kitchen, adjacent dining area. Easy process to get into the hostel with codes. I arrived with a cycle and there was a terrace to store it in.

Stuff not responding, one bed in room 9 not cleaned and there was an used towel hanging in the room, sent a message didn’t get respond, wifi is not so good can’t connect to my apps

Very central location

We were given a room next to the shared bathroom on the ground floor, and there were very loud and unpleasant noises every time someone used the shower. We asked to be moved to a different room, but the hostel was fully booked and no alternatives were available. Although we were offered a reimbursement, we unfortunately never received it. In addition the kitchen utilities were very used and always clean.

Easy check in. Very helpful staff. Clean.
