“The external appearance of the building might be misleading, as renovation work is still ongoing. However, the apartment itself is a true gem of Icelandic design – comfortable, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated.”
“The hotel is operational only in the summer as it is otherwise a dorm for a school. However, the rooms were comfortable for our purposes. The rooms were well cleaned. The bed was quite comfortable. The provided breakfast was very good with lots of typical Icelandic options and choices more familiar to a Canadian. The staff were welcoming. Would recommend this as a relatively affordable option for your summer travels.”
“The cottage was too small and too basic. However the owner managed to move us into an apartment on day 2 which was much better. It had a lot more space and everything we needed. I would highly recommend the apartments.”
