Since the property is very secluded, they serve food within the premises. However the food is horrible. Very poor quality, even breads are stale. Awful food really! I will not return only because of the food

the fact that this resort is in remote are there are a couple of disadvantages- 1- No network coverage. you are completely dependent of resort Wi-Fi. 2- There will be occasions where there would not be water in bathroom. you get to call reception for water. 3- Resort is very small and there is nothing to roam around apart from staying in your room and balcony or enjoying private swimming pool. 4- You better reach there in your own vehicle otherwise vehicle provided by resort are very expensive

rooms are spacious and comfortable. balcony is just awesome. you get to observe the whole another level of peace when you are in balcony. you can meditate as well. Food provided are just delicious with reasonable price. Staff are dedicated and humble. Resort is located 16 km away from city so it is very peaceful.

Electricity was absent for 3 hours. The manager was not clear about what to do Security is bare minimum Lot of small things to fix - glass door not locking - airconditioner frequently on off - leaking faucets - private pool is not so private - lot of cost cutting measures - room cleaning ned to be improved - no buffet breakfast

Turn off was the food. Oil used smells and tastes extremely horrible. Price charged and quality is abhorrent. Wi-Fi sucks. Resort is in a desolate area about 12 kms from city. There is absolutely no network and without Wi-Fi you are completely off the grid. There was constant issue of water in bathroom.

Staff were courteous and as helpful as possible. View from the room is very beautiful and rooms are very spacious. Place was clean and kept tidy.

The food, WiFi and management has room for improvement. Wifi will not support calls everywhere. Rooms service is great but the quality of food was allright. Some items were really good but some were ordinary.

We loved the view, the private pool, the decor and the open-air bathroom. The property is epic and has a lot of potential to grow. Would definitely recommend with caveats.

The property as it calls itself Suites of Royals is no where close to even a 3 star hotel. When you arrive there you will notice that the property is under construction. The facilities offered by the property are good however, the service is pathetic. You need to ask for even the basics like towels and toiletries. They have power outage issues and the ACs fluctuate every now and then and you have no power in the rooms. The water pump broke during our stay and we had no water for half a day. The staff aren’t fully trained to professionally manage and execute FNB roles. We booked two rooms for a 2 night stay. The housekeeping is poor and no cleaning of the rooms is offered daily. They have cockroaches in the rooms and their breakfast has very basic options and is not continental as mentioned on booking.com. Point to note, the swimming pool access is only for the villas with the private pool. The advertising on veeresortmahabaleshwar.in specifying plunge pool access for all rooms is absolutely misleading. The management is extremely poor and the prices charged are exorbitant for the quality of service offered. We were extremely unhappy with this booking as the content advertised is thoroughly misleading.

The construction of the property is good with good amenities. The location is extremely far from Mahabaleshwar however secluded. All rooms have the Mountain View/ valley view.

We checked in at 4pm and room wasn’t clean when we entered the room the bedsheets, pillow covers, balcony washrooms everything was so dirty, the private pool full of small insects the room entrance was full of mud around, at night while we were sleeping the insects, flies, mosquitoes entered the room. We have to leave the room late at night as it was completely dangerous to stay there.

Slow and Lazy Staff, power cut for whole night, no water supply in the morning

They made us sleep thirsty all night. We ordered water at around 10 and they didn't take our request. We ordered again after a few minutes and the receptionist says that you will have to sleep thirsty as our kitchen has been closed and you will get water only in the morning. Plus it's not safe for families. There was a group which was drunk and was causing hooliganism and we're very loud and abusive. The management turned a deaf year to them despite our repeated complaints. Over all, it was a nightmare. Very unsatisfied. Very unsafe.

The view is very mesmerising. The food taste is also satisfactory.
