Well maintained, clean property. Great views and facilities. Bedroom and Bathrooms were clean. Hot water in the toilets. Good indoor game facilities including Carroms, Pool, Table Tennis, Fooseball, Chess etc. Very Cooperative staff and management.

Nothing much to dislike. But could be improvers to the breakfast menu.

complimentary breakfast was not good . That place where they serve breakfast was not clean . Should give importance to hygiene . For the money they take it was not good I almost paid 5k per day but it was not up to the mark am disappointed.

Location and rooms are very nice and clean nothing more is required in terms of room area and bathroom everything perfect.

1.Bedspread and Blanket was looking very average 2.Bathroom towels are also very bad condition 3.Breakfast area need to be more hygiene and clean the food containers were looking very bad And Thy made Shavige bath oon the bottom it was roasted they kept even that in container.... 4.No basics like room slippers, toilet kit etc Overall little bit need to be improved especially bed spread, blanket and Breakfast area. Staffs were very nice and supportive

Their Customer Support is pathetic ,both Reception Desk and back office Customer Support Team .... Sending continuous messages and e-mail threatening booking will be cancelled until the 50% amount not being paid. Bookin.Com mentioned that payment will be made directly at the property. No credit Card required. after reaching Coonoor , we have told them that we are coming next day to their property , yet they cancelled the booking without our knowledge forcing us to book another Hotel at Ooty ,the night before arrival there. We have enjoyed KSTDC Property more for their Garden. Treebos Customer Handling is absolutely lousy and pathetic. One should not visit their property anymore. Very Bitter Experience indeed !

Washroom was stinky and breakfast was average.

The hotel's location was perfect, and I found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and cooperative, which was a definite plus. However, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing – it was a complete joke. The breakfast area was unclean, with flies visible everywhere, and the overall space was messy and poorly maintained. My most frustrating experience revolved around the Jain breakfast request. Despite requesting it both at the time of booking and again at check-in, it wasn't prepared. The chef was rude and initially refused to serve us Jain breakfast. After persistent requests, he finally prepared it, but did so with an "ugly face," which was incredibly annoying and unprofessional. This significantly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The breakfast section needs to be kept cleaner, and it's essential to ensure utensils are always clean. Additionally, I suggest adding 1-2 more options to the breakfast menu to provide more variety. Listen to your guests request at the time of booking and check-in, Train your chef to be polite and not make ugly faces.
